We only spent one night because we were in the area for a business meeting. The hotel was an excellent choice. Our only regret was that we were not able to stay longer.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Vegas locals in Amish country"
Antique hotels come with really old beds...not bad for one night. Wake up early and shower or you get a cold one. Area was fun to walk around shop and eat. Millersburg brewery was very nice just down the street.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great start for fall Amish trip"
Great value for the area, not over priced for the time or area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"In the middle of the largest Amish Comm."
The hotel was an old downtown redo. But a great place. Parking is a joke! Noisy street in evening. Room was clean . Go ahead and book if you can get it. Price was the best for location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
A review about the TV being too small was quite right. Not a lot of light and the lamp near the bed did not work. We went to an IGA to find breakfast since there wasn't one at the hotel, or the town for that matter except for a couple fast foods.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We spent most of the day driving and shopping. It was quite a relief to have a quick check in. Walking to our room the hallways was decorated with old pictures and quilts. The room was spacious. very warm and romantic. The dinner was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive making sure we had everything we wanted. "I would recommend this hotel."
The Millersburg Hotel is very charming and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The waitress did not know the menu but she was nice. Being a hotel on a main street, parking was a bit of a problem especially for a handicapped person. I would […] definitely stay here again if my handicapped sister were not traveling with me. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
My wife and I were very pleased with out stay at the Hotel Millersburg. The room was small as were all hotel rooms back in the day. But the mattress was the most comfortable one we have slept on including those found in some 5 star expensive hotels. "If this is a haunted hotel..."
If this hotel is 'haunted' it must be by angels. Wonderfully peaceful, quiet, clean, big and comfortable room.I will DEFininitely return.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was just fine to stay for the evening. The Elvis impersonater was very good intertainment. We got up early to start home and could not find any breakfast for miles. Could the hotel serve breakfast? Thank youGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel Millersburg was a little dated. I was instructed to go to the restaurant to tell someone I needed to check-in, on a Friday night, a likely high volume night for check-ins. The restaurant is not open for breakfast which I don't understand since there's no other local places to eat. The bed mattress was pretty much broken down and needed to be […] replaced. The hotel is quaint - not a hilton by say means. Yet the ambiance is sweet and a throwback to slower lovelier times. The dining room food was good and we'll sized potions. The cajin chicken Alfredo my Mom raved about it was so good and definitely a two person meal. The downtown is going thru revitalization, so find a place for breakfast elsewhere as […] the hotel only serves lunch and dinner. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Classic overnite in Millersburg"
We enjoyed Hotel Millersburg for an overnite in Holmes County in midweek. The room was spacious, clean , updated and comfortable and felt historical as expected. The restaurant isn't available for breakfast ; it would be nice to have coffee, sweet rolls and juice there in the morning to get started without requiring staff. "Nice, clean, convenient!"
All was great room was a little small and pillows could be softer but I would recommend this hotel especially if you are into history and antiques. Close to Amish discoveries, like bakeries, cheese factory!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Small uncomfortable bed, noisy window A/C, dim lighting in bathroom, tiny, maybe 23 inch, TV, fuzzy TV reception, had a chicken dinner in the restaurant and it tasted like the "sauce" was from a can of Campbell cream of mushroom soup, the phone message lamp blinked without any message, lamp on the desk next to the TV did not have a shade so the light […] had to be off to see the miniature TV. "Beautiful hotel away from the crowd!"
This hotel was charming and clean! Freshly remodeled, it offered a unique choice of rooms that are not at all "cookie-cutter" in layout or style. The staff was as helpful as could possibly be imagined. I requested a change of rooms upon check-in, and was cordially offered a different view at a very reasonable price! AND it was gorgeous!! The hotel's […] owners were very approachable, and obviously take much personal pride in their establishment. Their interest in pleasing their guests was very evident from check-in to checkout. If you like old-world charm, walking through the labyrinth of hallways will be a genuine pleasure in itself; lots of beautiful paintings, historical documents, informational certificates of marriages and births, etc... LOVED IT! Though at a glance, Millersburg seems removed from the most popular areas of "Amish country", it is really quite close. Ten minutes from Berlin. Millersburg also has a nice assortment of antique stores with a huge selection; some of the stores are gigantic! If you love antique shopping, you will love going there. FYI: if you are adamant about popular amenities offered at most chain motels, like breakfast or fridge/microwave, just think ahead and prepare. It is well worth the slight inconveniences. Nice hotel. There is antique shops around hotel. You parked on the street, it was safe with no trouble. We ate at the hotel and it was very good and they had a bar with entertainment on Saturday night. They didn't offer breakfast which we would if liked and had trouble finding someplace on Sunday morning. We drove into Dover to find a BoB Evans .Genuine Expedia guest review
very enjoyable place. room was huge but faced the street. Because it is a Victorian hotel it was not made to block out the sounds of trucks only wagons and horses.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We booked here because we wanted to visit the Amish country. We did end up going to Berlin during the day, where most of the shopping is. Millersburg didn't have much of interest for us. But it was only a few miles. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The restaurant has very good food, but is […] only open for lunch and dinner, so breakfast was a problem. We drove into Berlin and once up 83 for about 4 miles to the "83" diner, which was excellent as well. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

VERY CLEAN WELL MAINTAINED. HOWEVER OUR ROOM FACED THE STREET AND SINCE THE STREET IS A BUSY ROUTE IS WAS NOISY TIL ABOUT 2 AM...........BECAUSE THE WINDOWS ARE NOT INSULATED TO KEEP THE NOISE LEVEL DOWN.............OTHERWISE VERY NICE AND THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS GOODGenuine Expedia guest review

Desk clerk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Both recommendations were very good. Beds are old and squeaky. Mattresses not so comfy, not saggy, but hard. Loved the old building.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The entrance and lobby are lovely and historic. Our room was simple, comfortable, and quiet. Downtown Millersburg is quaint and relatively quiet. I wish we had had more time to walk around the downtown. We parked on the street and did not have a problem with that.Genuine Expedia guest review

We had a great time! We were greeted at the front desk by Jenny, an incredibly friendly staff member who has definitely "found her calling" as my wife put it. "Nice Hotel in a Cool Little Place in Ohio"
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel!! From the moment I walked in, I experienced the friendliness & helpfulness of the hotel staff. We talked a bit and I decided after travelling to get a bite in their restaurant. Nice little place !! I had shrimp and some wine and it hit the spot!! Delicious!! While the room was on the smaller side it was fine! […] It had Wi-Fi access, a television, coffee maker and nice size bed. While the room could have been bigger and I think that you should have more opportunities to purchase different rooms for a one night stay. I had difficulty finding one to begin with because most of them looked like they were for two nights!! It was a fabulous night with a super event close by that was easy to get to even with the weather getting slightly nasty!! I will DEFINITELY be back there to experience more that the little town and close by wineries have to offer!! As well as the Duncan Theater in Killbuck!!!!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Classic hospitality, elegant hotel"
We booked this hotel a week before Labor Day weekend, when all the B&Bs were completely full. We got a great deal on Expedia, which made it okay to have missed out on the loftier facilities. We were very pleased the moment we pulled up. It's a quaint hotel right on the main strip of Millersburg with excellent parking right on the street. The halls are […] lined with prints of historical documents as well as some original portraits and marriage certificates. The rooms are true to the period and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The hotel restaurant and bar boasts talented, courteous staff and delicious food. Watch out for the steaks, however - make sure you ask the cook not to cut into the meat while checking for doneness. Mine ended up dry as a result. The host apologized profusely and explained that the cook was new and had been instructed to do so by the manager until she was seasoned in grilling (excuse the pun). No worries - Worcestershire sauce and a dry wine made the meal just fine. The weekend lady at the front desk took extra time to suggest places to visit on Sunday, since most places were closed. I enjoyed chatting with her very much. Clever housekeeping - she saw that I was quick to scarf up the coffee and left 2 packets the next day! Well done, all! We'll certainly be back! The only complaint was the to small of a pillow. No big thing though. The room was quiet and clean. The employees were very frendly and wanting to help in any way they could. We enjoyed the late 1800's atmosphere with modern convienences. Our room was very comfortable, though not large. Dinner was available without leaving the building and the courtyard with live entertainment was an unexpected treat.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Better than I expected"
Very enjoyable We didn't spend much time in our room nor did we eat at the restaurant but it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again.
