This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.
Location.
On the beach in Cancun (Cancun Hotel Zone), Ocean Spa Hotel All Inclusive is close to Playa Linda, Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano, and Playa Langosta. Additional attractions near this all-inclusive resort include Playa Las Perlas and Playa Tortuga.
Resort Features.
At this all-inclusive property meals and beverages at onsite restaurants and bars are included in room rates. Taxes and gratuities, recreational activities, and entertainment may be included. Charges may apply for dining at some restaurants, special dinners and dishes, some beverages, and other amenities.
Ocean Spa Hotel All Inclusive has a full-service spa, 2 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor tennis court, and a steam room. The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.

Not the place to stay if you want anything to do, the cabs flat out rob you. We were told 120 pesos to the airport and we were charged double. We have stayed at this hotel for comfort and the spa and for some unknown reason and spa resort closes the spa at 7pm? To me that is way too early for a place that is advertised as a spa. Would not stay again […] and definitely would not recommend it. Read more
The food buffet is very limited and it doesn't taste fresh. The door's rooms didn't look secure, it is an old hotel that needs more maintenance.
"Ocean Spa : A Great Experience"
My wife and I have travelled to and in Mexico over the past 14 years, yet had never stayed in an All-Inclusive. We found it was very comfortable, food was good and plentiful. The staff worked hard to make everything better and all the time with special events, clean beach, sparkling dining rooms, rooms and bathrooms. Overall a very good experience.
