"Beautiful Hotel, Nice Location"

Tastefully decorated (guest rooms and common areas), nice views, great staff. Hotel located near Villa Borghese Gardens and we had a view of the Vatican and the Zoo. Staff was professional and courteous and all spoke English well. There was a decent (but not unreasonable) walk to the nearest Metro station but the hotel staff directed me there ok (and other times made arrangements for cab).

"Some very good and some not so good"

The hotel is luxurious from the moment you enter the lobby to when you get to the rooms. The decor really reflects the grandeur of Rome. The standard rooms which they call "superior" are more than a good size with on suite bath and shower in bath. The hotel is further out of the city compared to other comparable hotels but the BIG difference with this one is that it has a pool! After a day sightseeing it is great to get back to the relaxing, quiet, surroundings of an hotel with a pool to really wind down. The element of this hotel that would make me consider another hotel was the variable attitude of the staff. Some were absolutely brilliant, namely the pool side attendants, the bar staff, Nabil, the consierge and the odd waiteress at breakfast. However the general attitude of the of the reception staff other than Nabil did not match up to the hotel. It came over as take it or leave it and we are not prepared to go out of our way at all.

"One of the nicest Hotels in Rome"

Situated in a quiet, leafy area away from the hustle and bustle of the City, this Hotel is still within just a few minutes from the tourist attractions of Rome. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and efficient and go out of their way to help. I would definitely stay here again.

Le stanze non sono spaziose. La palestra è disagevolmente lontana dalla struttura principale. Il collegamento a Internet è costoso e in modo cospicuo(laddove in altri alberghi, persino a 4 stelle, esso è offerto gratuititamente). Le lampadine delle abat-jour della camera emettono una sinistra luce fredda, non consona ad un albergo a 5 stelle.
