This hotel was old and seemed to be in the process of some renovations in the lobby. The bathrooms were small and our biggest complaint was the radiator heat. Since there was no thermostat or way to control the temperature in the room it got very hot over night. Other than these little complaints the hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable, the parking was pretty easy for a city and the front desk staff was friendly.

Great hotel! The front desk was helpful and patient. The room was large and very comfortable. The hotel made parking easy and is located near the Metro which made exploring the city convenient. Overall this is a great hotel and we would stay there again.

Center city location was excellent! It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and plush with ammenities. Was disappointed in the coffee maker's small supply. Excellent hotel for a decent price. Close to shopping, Metro (Peel Station), and a perfect starting point for hiking up Mont Royal. "Central Location"
Our room was not cleaned very well the first night. I declined the change of bed sheets and the beds were made only halfway. The bathroom was not cleaned at all other than the pick up of dirty towels. I mentioned to the concierge the next day and the room was spotless the rest of our stay. "Everything was great!"
The hotel was very clean, fresh and "new" (I had read that it had recently been renovated). Anyone from the staff that we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was more spacious than we expected and was very comfortable. The value was impressive (quality vs. cost) and the location is hard to beat, opposite McGill in the heart of one of the nicest sections of Montreal. The wireless internet service was slow or impossible to access in the morning from about 7:00 to 9:00 am and again at about 4:30 to 11:00 pm. It cost about $12 a day. "2 Days in Montreal"
We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, the location excellent. The metro was right around the corner and very convenient. I let the Valet park my car and left it in their garage until I checked out. I forgot something in the car after it was parked and the Valet brought the car out very quickly […] so I could retrieve my item. One evening it started to rain and the Doorman offered us the use of an umbrella. Excellent service. The only negative was the business center computer with a 10 dollar charge for 15 minutes which saw my Optimum Email account as a threat with constant reminders popping up indicating my time was running out, disrupting my ability to get tasks complete within the15 minutes. The Omni is conveniently located in down town, just 2 blocks away from St Catherine's street and easy walking distance to Molson Stadium and the Festival areas.
