My stay at the Travel Lodge was a good experience in the over all picture. Lovely lobby, great staff, the rooms were clean and modern. My only complaint is that they stop offering free coffee too early. They put everything away too early and don't leave the coffee out the whole morning. the pool temperature was nice. Comfortable, nice and clean room.

Very clean, pleasant for what you pay. Although the light in the bathroom didn't work and I called them to change it but they never did. Overall, it's good

The Good: Although clean, this hotel is in need of an update, the location was good for my needs and the free shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. Overall the room was quiet and they have a very good restaurant on site. The not so good: The staff really needs to put on a happy face and listen to the customer. The attendant I dealt […] with twice treated me like an annoyance, rather than a customer. The toilet ran constantly, wasting water and creating lots of irritating noise. I was told they would take a look at it, but nothing was done over two days. The key here is price...Over $50.00 less than any hotel in the immediate area, so I guess I got what I paid for. Location is not at all convenient and you are charged to park. Front desk staff are not very friendly. Cleaning people are very accomodating, but not the front desk.

The price I paid for this hotel was fair. The location was great. I stayed here for a few days as I wanted to spend time with my wife. Overall,a good hotel :)

Only two flat pillows,old towels,Well i thought my eyes were decieving me but it was true I got back to my room tired w/ the wife and kids from a wedding @ 1:30 am and my room was not cleaned and when u have kids especially little ones it is not the service that u want so i went downstairs and found no one @ the desk so i rang the bell and some rude […] guy comes running out and says do not ring the bell,so i said the bell is their for a reason right jerk,so the end result was they did not clean my room and we went to sleep w/ no clean towels to shower with and during check out they did not give us any money back,so i do not reccomend this dirty poor service hotel it sucks. Had a good time in this Travelodge mainly because it was so easy to get to with or without a gps at hand (just follow the little airplane icon). Although the carpet does feel a little mucky, for the price/night and the cleanliness of the beds and the room overall, it was a steal.

This is a good hotel, the rooms, interior of the hotel are good for the price. My only trouble is the parking lot. You have to pay to park there, which is fine, but then the gates to get in and out didn't work. It's a joke. You're supposed to use your door key card to open the gates, but then it didn't work! For many years I have always stayed at this hotel when I visit Toronto. The staff are very welcoming and the hotel itself is pleasant and clean. You offer many good items for all your guests. I wish you well in the future and look forward to continual good service

OVERPRICED, NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED UNLIKE MOST HOTELS AND THEY CHARGE YOU A PARKING FEE OF 12 DOLLARS PLUS TAX. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY DONT EVEN MENTION THE PARKING FEE WHILE BOOKING ONLINE. TOTAL RIP OFF, I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

We enjoyed our stay here but a few things need to be considered. 1. There is free coffee but no continental breakfast. 2. The hotel staff did not seem to have a knowledge of good eating places on Dixon road (we found a few) .3. It is convenient if you are flying to Lester B. Pearson airport. 4. Very convenient, I enjoy Casey's in the lobby. this hotel just seems to work for me. Yeah if you get a smoking room, the carpets do need to be changed but I know the non smoking rooms seem to be oin better conditions as I have stayed in both. Wish they did not charge for parking though.

I was very impressed with my Stay at the Travelodge Toronto Airport. I drove there to visit family and this hotel was great for the weekend. Clean Room, Very nice decor, many amenities and the stuff was very courteous. the only down side is that I had to pay for parking on which it wasn't so cheap.

The hotel and our rooms were very clean and in good condition. However, the swimming pool was in maintenance 2 out of four nights we were there. The ladies sauna was not working. Other than that everything else was great.

Customer service A+ especially O'Neal daytime front desk, he goes above & beyond for guests.

DIRTY!

Overall condition of hotel is OK but deteriorating. The shuttle to the airport is in sad shape aesthetically and the air conditioning broke down on a 90+ degree day.

The hotel wasn't what I expected. The price was reasonabe, however it didn't come with enough amenities. I ended up paying for parking there. It also didn't come with a microwave or fridge. Then when I had a complaint about a pungent smell right in front of my room and the individual at the front desk said You've been here this long and you just now […] complaining. They were so rude. This is an older property, but the service was amazing & the rooms were fine. Very clean, good wireless, reasonably priced, and they validate parking if you are staying there. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and the gift shop sold most anything else you would need.

Was everything we expected. Will stay there again. Staff were great and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Convenient location near Toronto airport; nice lobby with friendly staff; clean amenities (elevators, bathrooms, halls); spacious room and good room service. Good restaurant located at the hotel. We didn't use the pool because we didn't have time. Safe parking lot with access only for guests.

Each night the idiot in the room next to mine had his radio on from 3am to 5am and so I woke up and could not get to sleep for that time. On 2 mornings I had tepid water in the shower........... not my idea of fun! I did complain the first time and they said they would fix it but the next day the water was again barely lukewarm.... Hotel guest service friendly. Hotel itself needs major renovations..outdated. Room was clean very friendly cleaning staff greeted us in morning. Guest services was good however little issue with parking did not verify which room I was in and gave me room key with out checking if I was the person in the room. Attaching restaurant Casey's awful customer […] service..even with manager. Wait staff unorganized not friendly...kept making excuses that flight was cancelled that why they are disorganized. For breakfest it was not managed properly and letting customers know their frustrations very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Ovearll hotel and restaurant needs a fresh new look and better management. Understand this is near airport and many travellers stay for one or two nights and are off to catch flight..but poor representation of brand. For price..it was ok but would not stay their again. Convenient location and reasonable price make this a hotel that can be recommended. Able to park your car and include it in your vacation package. If all you are using the hotel for is maybe a 12 hr stay--a place to sleep prior to or after a flight--and don't expect any frills then you won't be disappointed. No matter how convenient or comfortable a hotel's physical environment, when friendly service is lacking, it undermines the traveller's experience. If the hotel staff were willing to learn, all they would have to do is observe how welcoming the staff is at the adjacent Casey's Restaurant. Hotel staff could not have been less welcoming, less accommodating, […] less outgoing or less friendly. This was not a one-time visit or a one-time experience at this airport hotel. Read more

The maintenance of the room & the cleanliness could be improve. We have to run the hot water for half an hour before we shower. J & J

The 1st night at 4:45am a horrible sound woke me up... it lasted about 45 sec and then it happened again 3 min later... then again 15 min later... I don't know what it was but it was like a loud trumpet through the hotel. Then when I took my shower in the morning the water while turned up to it's hotest was all but lukewarm... not pleasant!
