I loved the stay overall. There is nothing to complain about the hotel at all except for one thing. That was, there are two extended stay hotels, one in the further background and one closer to the gas station. That was a bit confusing, but all in all. The stay was nice. I have seen some improvements since my last stay. It is a prime spot for the price not too far from downtown. Very close to Greenway Station and some really good restaurants in Middleton.

It was a very quiet stay. I like the Grab and Go breakfast in the lobby as we had to leave early and the coffee, muffins and fruit were great to get us on our way. The mattress was very comfortable.

This place is well worth the extra search to find it, set back among several other tall buildings. The staff is very courteous, well-trained, and the facility is immaculate. There was no breakfast, but Panera bread is just across the parking lot, so we had great breakfast there. Adding that to the daily hotel rate we still got a good bargain.

Service was very good - nice people at the desk. The interior carpets in the hall are very dirty and could probably use a good cleaning. The outside is maintained very well and the room was very clean and comfortable.

There were multiple cigarette butts at the front of the hotel. the ash tray needs to be moved to a different area. The carpet on the third floor is disgusting. There was a large stain on the couch in my room. There was a very unpleasant smell when you got off the elevator on the third floor. Staff was friendly.

I only stayed two nights, but the teeny weeny coffee maker was utterly insufficient. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER stay for an extended period in a place with a puny coffee maker. If you won't put a decent one in every room, at least have a couple at the front desk to supply to those who want decent coffee facilities in their room.

Everything was fine except our toilet was extremely plugged, it took the maintainence man a couple of hours to unplug it becuz some ignorant person flushed a wash cloth down it. I think it should have been taken care of before we got into the room so obviously the cleaning staff didnt flush the toilet before they got done cleaning which means that the […] toilet wasnt cleaned??? The hotel was very clean, but the policies were confusing. I stayed 5 nights, and should not have had my room cleaned per the policy spelled out several places in the room. The room was clean and fine but the hallways were filthy. Also even though this was hotel was suppose to have everything necessary for an "extended stay", they were lacking coffee filters and a hair dryer which almost all hotels now provide.

My first time at an Extended Stay hotel. Pros: Nice room, including the kitchen. Cons: Small TV, not much to do within walking distance (no pool or exercise room). It's just off Hwy 12/14, but you need to look for the sign behind the gas station. Because it's next to the highway, there's some road noise (at least on one side of the hotel). When we entered the hotel, the check in area and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke covered by air freshener. When we entered our room, the floor in the kitchenette was sticky. I checked the bed and found several hairs in the sheets. Surprisingly, the bathroom was very clean. Apparently, this hotel offer very few basic services: no wake-up call; […] we had to request toilet paper; we had to take out your own trash and put it in a room that has an extremely foul smell; our room was never cleaned while we were there--we stayed 4 nights. If we didn't run the exhaust fan in the bathroom 24/7, our bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. I have certainly paid less to stay in a hotel that was cleaner and offered more services than this! Check-in was easy. We brought our dog with us and had no problems with that. The room was comfortable and adaquate for our needs. Would stay there again if we were in the area. It was close to a gas station and Panera which was perfect for our overnight stopover in Madison.
