Great people. The room was cozy. There was a few small spots of mustard on the desk and the silverware wasnt scrubbed right, very loud neighbors. Other than that it was fine.

Knew I was arriving late. Bought some grocercies and used my own kitchen for a nice supper and good breakfast. Very economical for a business trip. Easy to get to all Roanoke locations. Comfortable and quiet on the back side of hotel.

This is my second stay in an Extended say, and I must say they have won me over. It is really nice having a full sized fridge. They have a full kitchen actually, but I never cook anything. They don't provide shampoo and stuff in the room, just soap, but that's OK. Room was very clean and modern. One note about Google maps. The towels were as rough as sand paper. The bed hard and the room noisy due to the closeness of the highway and thin walls. I get lost easily so close to the highway was a plus for me, despite the noise. The kids of a family near me, kept running in and out of their room and yelling. For the money, you should go stay somewhere else. Days Inn or even Motel 6 is nicer. The front desk is hard to reach for a late check in. The room is in decent shape, but the toilet didn't flush well. The sheets were quite scratchy and the bedding materials were generally low quality. Clean, easy access to the rooms and from the highway. Staff was receptive and fixed a complaint of a blown bulb. However a waterbottle was found under the bed that did not belong to us. The room was pleasantly spacious for 4. The kitchen area was working and stocked with basic supplies but sponge and liquid soap were not available

I asked for quarters from the front desk as the sign in the laundry instructed. There were no quarters at the front desk and no attempt to acquire any more. I asked for a later check out in exchange for the disappointment and inconvenience over the quarters. I received no satisfaction there either. This hotel was a last minute room that I needed for military reasons. The room showed its age from the room key to the television. The room was clean but my lamp shades were barely hanging on the lamps as they were both literally falling apart. The bed actually felt like it was 10-15 years old and rock hard with extremely flat pillows. The television […] was the same type of crt tv that I had growing up in the early 80's with a remote that was "rigged" to work correctly. When turning on the shower, I thought the pipes were going to bust out of the wall, they were rattling so hard. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it accepted pets and I was traveling with my puppy. I stayed on both legs of my trip with the first time not being as bad as I had anticipated. However, on the second stay the room had obviously had a smoker in it and the room reeked so badly that I could hardly sleep even with my C-Pap machine on. […] In additon, three days later I am just now getting the smell out of my C-Pap even after replacing all of the filters. The room was adequate, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, felt like sleeping on a board. Also, there was only soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or other toiletries that are found at other hotels. It was clean, and everything was in working order. The cable channels were a little limited as well.

I enjoyed my 2-day stay here. The room had everything I needed... clean towels, comfy bed, good temperature, fast Internet. The only negative thing was that I found some old cheesecake left in the refrigerator. Other than that, it was just fine and I'd gladly stay here again.

Hotel would be better rated if it wasn't for the noise. As indicated by other reviews, if your room faces the access road and highway, there will be the constant roar of traffic. I sleep with ear plugs and the noise was still an issue with getting a good nights sleep.
