Terrible, I stayed there 4 weeks because the company I worked for put me there. Each week I had a very hard time renewing the stay and had to even call my boss while he was on vacations after the 3 rd week in this terrible place as they locked me out of my room on Saturday. Its an okay place i had business in the NW part of houston . Lots of places to eat. The neighbourhood is older and a little scary. some guest in the place are not the best but for the money its ok for a business buy. Wouldnt recomend to families or women.

The person in the front office has terrible people skills coupled with poor problem solving ability. I stayed there because the company I work for covered the room in a relocation project so I did not want to complain to them. Rooms were clean, and I felt safe (If only because of armed security guard in parking lot all night). But people obviously live here on a weekly or monthly basis, and there is some vandalism evident. It was an ok place to stay, for a good price, near what I needed to do in Houston. But, I wouldn't stay there if I had my daughter with me.

They did not take into account my note about receiving a top floor room but that was not a big deal. However the room did smell like it was a smoke room that was a big minus had to get airfresheners to neutralize the smoke odor.

It was fustrateing they didnt have any irons..i kept calling all night for it..never got it...i requested a cot or a roll away bed....they didnt have any...so then I asked for extra blankets they didnt have that either....ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS IT WAS CLEAN

This hotel is very easy to get to right off of the 290. I booked online at 8pm and when I showed up was told there were no rooms available. Now I've been charged as a no show. Not cool. I had already booked for the next few days but came in a day early. The air works pretty well. The bed is a full size with a VERY firm mattress. The elevator is very […] stuffy with no air. This seems to be a transient hotel with a lot of full time residents. The key to the room acts up quite frequently. This was confirmed by one of there residents. The TV is an old style tube TV. There was either a discrepancy between the Hotel.com reservation or the hotel itself. Specifically requested a non-smoking room due to health issues and was given a smoking room upon arrival. I was given a different room later with a strong musty odor so I bought air fresheners to clean the air.

Pretty much the same standard of quality as the 4 other Crosslands I've stayed at recently. Much more peaceful than I expected, for a hotel inside the Sam Houston tollway. First room I was given smelled like smoke, even though it was non-smoking. Second room was much better. Very low monthly rates.

because i had to change occupancy i had 2 separate reservations (from single to double) 1st night walked into room choked on smoke odor. given a different room. 2nd night after having to check back in to a larger room ,walked in and again strong smoke odor. had to be moved to another room.this room i shared with my daughter and cockroaches.hotel staff […] when informed said they have a monthly bug service. traveling alone, i would have been fine. no pool and oddly no ice machine. mini fridge didnt get cold enough to make ice cubes.more features than motel 6 but otherwise the same. O pior hotel ficar, eu já tive! Os quartos não-fumadores cheirava muito mal, como fumaça. O hotel fica em um bairro ruim. Todos os dias o meu cartão chave parou de funcionar eo atendente tinha para redefini-la a cada dia. Havia lixo por todo os corredores e no Elevador. O atendente da noite não falam Inglês, apenas espanhol.
