This hotel is gorgeous! I was a little iffy because it only had 2 stars but this place is amazing. We have stayed at many Candlewood Suite hotels across... the country and they are all very much the same and beautiful. No pool for the kids but other than that, this is a gorgeous hotel especially for the price so don't let the low star rating fool you. Had a small issue with the customer service as they were out of toaster ovens. One of the front desk employees told me to run to walmart and grab one and they would reimburse me when I turn the oven in with the receipt. Long story short, it was a difficult task to get my money reimbursed and took 2 days of talking to different people at the front desk....some nicer than others. The room was smaller than I expected but was fine for the weekend. Although small the room was very clean, even for someone very picky. The location is excellent if you want to be within a very short drive to food, drinks and shopping.

We had a problem with the first room we were in. The clerk was courteous and was able to put us in another room. We had a good stay and will definitely stay at the hotel again the next time we go to Knoxville.

Great hotel. The rooms are almost brand new with a modern look. The kitchen was nice to have for a road warrior who is always eating out. They have flat panel televisions and DVD players in every room. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. No complaints here.

Room smelled like smoke but was non smoking. However after seeing the cockroach in the kitchenette sink, I didn't sleep a wink the entire night. Its a good thing they have food 24/7 downstairs. At least I could eat after tossing and turning for several hours.

Hotel was more for people who need a kitchenette, complete with fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink. It was in a fine area for everything. Mattress did need replacing, but everything else was great.
