It was nice to have refrig and microwave in room and free internet. There are many hotels in the immediate area. After looking at rates, I believe I could have found a nicer room for less money.

The kitchen has literally only 2 place settings, only two bowls, 2 plates, etc. there wasn't any dish soap, or bathroom glasses. Definitely not everything you'd need for an extended stay.

Kept having issues with my key to get into my room. One night at 12am I had the same issue and went down to the lobby to get my key re-coded. No-one answered the phone assistance phone or was behind the counter. I ended up waiting roughly an hour before walking to the hotel next door and getting a room there. We like to use the extended stay hotels for the convenience of the kitchenette. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of this one though. We were given a handicap room even though we did not need one. The lounge chair was broken, there was dust on the floor, and there just wasn't much in the cupboards to work with. The rooms looked very unclean and untidy. The TVs were very outdated but they did upgrade them over the weekend. The amenities were subpar as far as vending/laundry/soap, etc. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again - especially for the price.

Checked in after waiting 15 minutes at the desk whith noone there. They gave us a room that still had people in it. They gave us another room which had not been completely housekept. Out of all the hotels nearby, this was less crowded and the service was ok. Good staff but not so good neighborhood. It is next to I-71 which is a plus. Giant Eagle is in a walkable distance. I have stayed at this hotel before and have been impressed. Not this time. The whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Beautiful hotel and beautiful room...I was not aware of the additional fee for checking in early...I had a problem signing on to the free wi-fi, but I did not let the front desk know because i was just tried..I will let them know during my visit this week I would have prefered HBO NOT Showtime.

The hotel is fairly well maintained. Everything worked and it was relatively clean. The hotel does not offer a breakfast which many of its surrounding competitors do. The rooms contain a refrigerator, microwave and a two-burner cooktop, but no conventional oven. The television reception is somewhat limited in its channel choices as it is satellite delivered […] and carries the mainstream. Room service (cleaning and linen) is dependent on length of stay. It is not daily, unless you are willing to pay an extra fee. Internet service was strong, but limited as to the amount of bandwidth available. Speeds were in the 256Kb are up and down. The neighborhood is showing its age and all the hotels in the same area suffer from it. I stay in the area as I have a client that I visit once a month and the location is simply too convenient to ignore. We have stayed at Extended Stay American for the past five years when we attned the Quarter Horse Congress. While not luxurious, it is comfortable, convenient and good value for the money. We will most likely stay there again nex year.

I had some problems while staying here. First of all, the room keys were different from anything else I've ever had. They weren't swipe cards like at most hotels, they were plastic with a combination of holes in it that I guess fit the lock. Our one key didn't work so we got locked out of our room at night since the front desk was closed, and had trouble […] getting back in. They didn't give you the complimentary shampoo, etc. that you're accustomed to getting at hotels which was a problem cause I didn't bring mine. Our room was nice though in the fact that it felt like an apartment, but b/c it had a kitchen there was no free breakfast. And there's no FREE wi-fi here, you have to pay to use it, which I thought was stupid. No pool either. Rather disappointing. I don't recommend staying here, because there are tons of better options out there. The area is great to stay in, just not at this hotel. Read more

For the second time this year I have stayed at this hotel and have had my car broke into....the day after that discontinued having a security guard someone stole a toll box out of my truck. This past week someone broke the passenger window out of my truck and this hotel could care less!

The hotel is fairly dated and a little run down. The staff is not available after hours and the front desk doesn't open early enough in my opinion. You have to pay for internet access. Cable TV is fuzzy and hard to see. For the same price you can stay two doors down and it is a world of improvement
