I was not at all satisfied with my hotel stay. I booked my room online and the attendant at the front desk did not know how to check me in. When I got into the room I was in disbelief; the tv was outdated, there was only one cup in the cabinet, the sheets and all the towels had stringy blonde hair on it, and the bed spreads were old.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. House keeping doesn't clean your room everyday or change your sheets which is exactly what I want because I didn't want to be bothered and they never bothered me once. If I needed towels I would just go ask for some. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

My fiance' and I needed a hotel for a good price to stay in over my military ball weekend. Customer service was very helpful and polite. Although our toilet fludded twice and they didn't even offer to change rooms. They just cleaned up the water with towels and gave us new bath towels.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean, check in was quick. Kitchen had utensils and everything worked. AC / Heat worked great. Was able to open the window and let in cool air. Bed was alittle uncomfortable, but I expected that since it was not my own bed. Would recommend hotel.

Close to the main base gate and located on one of the main strips of businesses. There is about 6 hotels in the area. Front desk was very nice and polite. I stayed in a smoking room and as a nonsmoker the smell wasn't overpowering which was nice. Alarm clocks could use updating and no hairdryer but everything else you need.

At every hotel I've ever been at, when housekeeping comes around they change your sheets and towels. At this hotel, they simply handed us our replacement sheets and towels. I personally do not feel that that is appropriate service for a hotel. The bed was also not very comfortable

Room was about average on cleanliness but comfort not even a consideration. Matrees was the worst I've slept on in years, Pillows were smaller and flatter than the ones on my sofa. Also there is a fee for wifi computer connections.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were well equipt. But, the only downside that we had was that the beds were really bad. They really need to think about getting new mattresses. But I do have to say that they were clean.

The hotel was great, they did not come clean the room on a daily basis, had we stayed longer than 2 nights we would have needed new towels. I don't know what their normal scheule for room cleaning was, but I prefer a nightly clean when on the road.

This hotel is clean, but is not a good place to stay. No breakfast, charge internet, can not supply even a tooth brush/paste. when you check in, there is a long form to fill up. The receiptionists are nice, but helpless. "We don't provide breakfast, because you have a kitchen". This reason does not make sense.

The Innkeeper was under significant construction while I was there (and the remodelling wasn't making the appearance any better). The room was rather uncomfortable, and someone either stole the batteries from the tv remote or they failed to put them in.

The hotel was clean kind of pricey even though it did have a kitchen in it. My biggest complaint was that the refrigerator did not cool any of my items that I spent approximately 40 dollars on the night before; however, the next morning upon checking out I described the problem to the clerk and she was very nice about it.

It was like stepping into a 1970's smoke filed dive. The room I had smelled like the bottom of an ashtray. The pillows and sheets smelled much worse. You could hear every noice made inside the hotel and outside. On a positive note the air conditioning worked very well.

Room was great. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen with fridge, stove, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker and microwave. Close to multiple shopping areas and Marine Base. Stayed 4 days - NO maid service. limited cable tv with channels that did not match the in-room tv guide. No pens or stationery. One-time fee for wi-fi.

Our stay was really great. Only complaint I have is the beds are like rocks. Possibly might think about putting sponge on top of mattress. Other than that everything was super. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Definitely will stay again when visiting my Grandson at Camp Lejuene.

We stayed three days at the Extended Stay America in Jacksonville, MD. After driving 15 hours non-stop, the hotel was very helpful in straightening out our mixed up reservation. The hotel was clean, convenient, with well priced amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to Camp LeJeune.

My wife and I needed a nice room near Camp Lejuene and found this Extended Stay on Hotels.com. The staff was pleasant and the room was fine. Room includes a refrigerator, sink, cooking range and basic dishes and such if you need them; no maid service. Easy to get to and from Lejuene.

we had a non smoking room however i dont think the room next to us was non smoking. the smokey smell was strong in the bathroom so we just kept the door shut and the fan on. I would stay here again but i will be sure to ask for non smoking room next to other non smoking rooms.
