It wasn't anything special except for closeness to the hospital. Breakfast started at 6- went down at 6:15 and the eggs and sausage were both stone cold. Check-in was easy and parking no problem

The staff was friendly. The rooms were fresh and clean and newly updated. The pool area was also clean and the pool was heated and indoors. The pool depth is between 3ft and5ft. At Mayo Clinic for a week. Convenient Shuttle to take you to and from Clinic. Very friendly staff and there is a really good restaurant next door. If we have to return, we'll definitely stay here again.

Pretty decent stay. Great location, friendly service (although not always at the front desk), clean rooms, interesting layout. Kind of missed a chest of drawers for clothes and DEFINITELY missed a hair dryer! Promptly plowed parking lot, good breakfast.

We were here because a family member had surgery at St. Mary's. The hotel is perfectly located across the street and very convenient for our needs. Easy and quick to go back to our room for short or long periods. Nice neighborhoods to walk through when we needed to do that as well. Nice hotel.

We went to visit a friend in Mayo and stayed two nights at SpringHill Suites. The desk staff was very friendly during all shifts. We called the day we were booked to say we wouldn't get in until midnight and we would need a crib. Most hotels tell us that they don't assign the rooms until you get there and they couldn't put a crib in until we get there. […] SpringHill Suites said it wouldn't be a problem and there was a crib waiting for us when we got there. We were very pleased with the size of the hotel room. There was a living room suite and a kitchenette, in addition to the bed area. We didn't really know the layout of the Mayo Clinic area, so our hotel was not within walking distance of Methodist, especially with an infant in the cold. The hotel is right across the street from St. Mary's. If you do have to drive to a hospital, it's less than five minutes and parking on the street is free and convenient on the weekends. Read more

The hotel was remodeled in Jan. The room feels so much better than my last stay about 2 years ago. Service was excellent. The only complaint is the tiny size of the gym and in-door pool.

The hotel was exactly as described and completely met our needs. I would definitely stay there again. The room was clean, location perfect, free parking lot and close to restaurnts. Only a few block to the heart of downtown Rochester and blocks from the hwy. Very easy to get to.

I was being seen at Mayo Clinic - this facility was easy access to all of my appointments. No car needed, free shuttle service to/from airport and all of Mayo's sites. Quick free shuttle to Walmart and I had my little kichenette stocked with snacks, lunch meals etc. The local convenience stores are very expensive, so worth going on shuttle ride. My husband and I stayed in a King Studio at SpringHill for our anniversary. Very nice, clean room. The water was hot all morning! Not the case at all hotels when you are trying to take a shower! I loved that their alarm clock had an ipod/iphone dock. The room was a comfortable temperature when we arrived. Free, on-site parking. I've stayed here before and had a great experience, but this one wasn't up to par. There was hair all over the room, almost as if Chewbacca was on the cleaning crew. The SpringHill Suites is just under one mile away from the Mayo Clinic. It is on 2nd St, a main street. It is quite easy to get to the Clinic. Parking was immediately adjacent to the hotel, but once I had trouble finding a space, so it would be good if they added a few more spaces. Our room was clean, but there was no dresser, so there were no drawers […] in which to put our clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. The breakfast was satisfactory. This Springhill Suites hotel, unlike other at which we've stayed, is tired and fraying. It's across the street from St. Mary's Hospital and about a 15 minute walk from the Mayo Clinic. Free parking. Noisy A/C-Heat unit. Hotel is clean and beds are quite good, but needs a reburb.

The location is excellent for St Mary's Hospital, but the owners really need to remodel...the carpet, furniture and towels are worn. It gave us the impression that the rooms were not very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Photos of the property's condition were not accurate.

I do not need new towels every day, but did not have the option to leave the towels on the rack. I also do not need new water glasses wrapped in plastic every day, but they appeared without fail. I did have the option to not change the sheets unless asked. I was in town for a conference but did not realize (when making the reservation) that the hotel […] is over a mile from the Civic Center. The continental breakfast was good and constantly tended to. The hotel is very close to St.Mary's hospital with several restaurants within walking distance. A short drive to grocery/liquor/movies. The rooms were comfortable with a sofa and a small office space.

Die Anlage ist sehr alt und in entsprechend schlechtem Zustand. Dass die Laundry gratis ist, ist ein angenehmes Novum. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es wenig Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten.

El hotel esta en perfectas condiciones. Muy buena relación costo-beneficio. No es obviamente un hotel de lujo. Es un hotel limpio y con lo necesario. Mi unica queja es que olvidaron durante nuestra estancia hacer el aseo en dos ocasiones y no nos fue recompensado el error. Por lo demás es una buena experiencia.

メイヨークリニックへの留学のセットアップのためにここに泊まりました。 ダウンタウンと新居との間ということで選びました。 宿泊費も高いだけあり、キレイでした。 朝ごはん付きというこどでしたが、中身はマフィン、ベーグルなどのパン、スクランブルエッグ、ハンバーグ的なものでした。 しかし飲み物は充実していました。 そしてコーヒーはいつでも取り放題でした。 部屋は以外とキレイでした。滞在しやすいホテルで、長旅の後に一息つくには非常に良い選択だと思います。
