Hotel has the basics. Clean rooms. Staff every visit has been extremely helpful and nice. I had my dog and room beside had a large dog-couldn't hear either.

I stayed here for an overnight getaway with my hubby. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. The walls weren't thin and I didn't hear a thing all night. We got the sleep and the alone time that we needed. I'd definitely stay there again!

Everything was fine. The shower was not great due to low water pressure. It was extremely loud in the am with doors opening and closing everywhere (I was also next to the stairway which probably did not help). Everything else was good. Thanks

I was in Frederick for several weeks for work and tried several different hotels at or near this price point. This was easily my favorite. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay was nice. I suggest adding an ice machine somewhere in the building and providing unstained coffee pots in the room. I didn't feel comfortable using the coffee pot that was there after seeing coffee residue in the pot and in the dispenser. Other than that, my room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would come back, if needed.

When I found the actual hotel, I walked in only to wait 5 min or so for the front desk attendant to come from wherever she was. There was no bell or way of letting someone know that I was standing at the counter waiting to check-in. I paid directly through expedia with the expectations of a speedy check-in, but what was I thinking?! Anyway, once in […] the room I found somones hair on my pillows and hair on my comforter. When discovered my top was filled with cat hair, I called the front desk and was told she would bring another comforter herself (the only individual working the front)! Where was housekeeping??? Needless to say, she never brought it and I had to turn up the heat to keep warm while sleeping. Due to much earlier reviews, I had some hesitation when I reserved my room on line but did so because of most recent reviews. The hotel was clean, well located and my room was very clean. Pros: Room was really clean, WIFI was excellent, room was quiet, lots of hot water for shower, service staff was accommodating and pleasant. Cons: Lobby and elevator smelled of cigarettes, furnishings were cheap - mattress hard, pillows thin, utensils and crockery cheap and nasty.

I am not one to complain but I have to say that this was not a very pleasant place to stay. The room smelled. Some one actually came into our room while we we out and smoked in our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. They had looked in our fridge as well and moved things around. The hotel was cheapest of the 2 1/2 stars and was more 2. It is an extended stay hotel that offers a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen utensils. While it had soap and towels, that was it- no shampoo/ conditioner even. Not meant for one night stay.

If it hadn't been so late and my kids so tired, I would have turned around and either demanded another room (which might have been difficult as there evidently wasn't an overnight attendant at the front desk) or I wouldn't have stayed. The second I opened the door to our room, I caught the scent of urine. Don't know if some kid (or person) had previously […] urinated on the carpet or one of the mattresses, but it made me want to leave. Turning on the a/c helped a bit, but overall the room was sparse. It's the first hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't supply shampoo, conditioner, and/or skin lotion.
