Staff did not like that my stay was booked on Hotels.com. Was not permitted a late check out when they pulled up my room and saw my stay was prepaid. Will NOT use this hotel for leisure again.

Our stay was fine. It was a basic hotel with all the necessities. The decor could use a bit of updating, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and it was located right by several major highways.

The moment we walked in we were greeted by a lovely young lady. The location was nice, local and safe. Kitchen had pots & pans with plates. Apt size fridge & microwave. The only problem we had was from another guest with their 2 children running up & down the stairs for 2 hours. The front desk got it under control & I resumed my sleep. I don't normally like to leave something so negative but there were just too many little things the wrecked it for me. When I went to check in the room they were originally going to put me in looked like someone had been in there. They found another room quickly but then there was no phone, the TV screen kept going black and random times and coming […] back as a small box. Then the heater wouldn't really work so it just kept making a clicking sound every few minutes. None of the issues were resolved or seemed to concern the staff at all. Then to top it all of the sheets were so itchy that it kept waking me up. I was itchy all over from them. The free breakfast was okay. The first room they assigned me to had not been cleaned since the previous guest left. Dirty towels on the floor, bed unmade, clutter everywhere. Hotel worked for us since we had to travel on short notice and needed to bring our dog. There was very little staff, a sparse front desk and lobby. Check-in was very bad. There was only one party ahead of me, but apparently they were training a new desk clerk who needed a LOT of hands-on assistance. I stood virtually unacknowledged for at least 10 minutes. Finally the manager (I assume) stepped in to help the floundering clerk, but it still took another 5 minutes or more to get me checked in, despite […] having a confirmed reservation through Expedia. The room was fine, but there are no bath supplies except for a bar of soap - no shampoo, conditioner, etc. Also, the pillows were truly awful. They felt like beanbags and squashed down to nothing when you lay on them. Finally, a minor thing, but when we asked the manager for directions to someplace to eat, she was really vague. I believe our floor had been recently re-decorated. It was clean and updated looking. The kitchen was not very well equipped. The coffee pot was teeny and there was only one fork in the drawer....not a single pot or pan. Staff was friendly.

I usually like a Hilton or Westin, however this hotel, although there was no fanfare had a very friendly staff, knowledgeable, efficient, great customer service (printed out driving directions to the venue). The room was super clean, kitchen was well stocked, microwave, refrigerator, free wifi, good tv, vending machines, comfortable bed and lots of towels in the bathroom. The hotel was super quiet and in a quiet almost residential area. There were several restaurants, bank and service stations nearby. The hotel is conveniently located to the freeway. The room wasn't very clean. The furnishings were cheap and there was no soap or shampoo. I realize this is an extended stay facility, but I was only staying one night and couldn't shower and wash my hair. For the cost of one night, I would expect this facility to provide the same amenities as other facilities. I wouldn't stay there again.

I got bitten both nights. At first I thought it was food allergies. Then it spread to my head. My friend Natasha also got bitten. I am not one to complain but sheets need to be changed daily. It is hygiene because these beds are used by different people throughout the year. This is just bad for a hotel. Throw out the mattresses.

If you're on a budget, and get a low rate, then why not. If not, hmm... The staff was friendly, quiet location, but I was very surprised by the worn down feeling of the room. Needs serious updating. Bedspreads were cheap, the paper thin sheets had "Q" written on them with black magic market. The headboard was all chipped up. The kitchenette was fine. […] The sad less- than-19 inch t.v with hardly any good channels was a letdown, too. But what really disappointed me what there was rarely anyone at the front desk during the day or evening. Maybe this is standard for an Extended Stay, I don't know. Pretty easy to find, clean front desk area, decent room, cheaper linens, towels, and dishware. Lots of breakfast options around as hotel doesn't provide these. Front desk closes at 11:00 pm, in case you get in late. Reception staff very friendly. Very quiet neighborhood.

Not looking for much in a hotel when going to a show a MPP, but this one delivered nothing except for proximity, Room smelt of rotting death when we arrived and was a 1000 degrees. Obviously not cleaned very well, first blanket came right off in fear of catching a disease. Do yourself a favor and look else where!!!!!

The hotel was easy to access from the highway and close to a grocery store, gas station and several fast food places. The room could use more than one pot to cook with. And the water in the bathroom could have been just a little hotter.
