Was not very please that made service does not come and clean the room and stoke room with fresh towels. And hall why smells like smoke.

Very Disappointed!!!!! Room had a putrid smell that made me want to vomit...when asked to be changed to another room, the personnel @ front desk claimed there was no other room available. I am a frequent traveller and will NEVER stay at an Extended Hotel Again!!!!

OK place but trying to get your "security deposit" back at the end of your stay is almost impossible...especially if you depart prior to them opening up in the morning. They wiil scam you on your security deposit

Hotel service was good. They dont have free breakfast, but the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes and sink. Even with the kitchen, then have plenty of room for the double beds. The hotel staff was very friendly. My check-in did not take long at all. The only thing that i say fault was that housekeeping did clean bathroom, but did not make sure all hair was out of bath tub when water drained out. Overall my stay was pleasant.

They would never give me more than one coffee at a time although I was staying there for 5 days and had already paid. Last time I was there they completely ran out of coffee and I had to go get some every morning from a drive-thru. How inconvenient! They acted likethe coffee was gold! The room smelled when we first walked in, the floor was NOT vacuumed. The mirror was never wiped down, looked like a child put their fingerprints all over it. The toilet was dirty, stained and you could see black on the rim of the seat. Walls were all patched up. Lets just say I didnt take my shoes off. Would never stay here again.

Well the pictures I saw online was not the same when I got into my room. I could hear people walking all night long and couldn't sleep. I thought I would have a HDTV but it was a standard 19 inch. Overall cleanness of the hotel was a 2, on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the best. Plus I always smelled smoke in the elevator.

I am a relatively young female who stayed here for one night. I felt unsafe being there by myself. The parking lot is relatively dark, and the hotel is located off a dark side street. The general area seems safe and has activity, but the immediate premises made me uneasy about moving my luggage in and out by myself. (And I am not usually uneasy about […] that sort of thing.) This is a fabulous hotel especially if you have to stay awhile since it has a kitchen. My only complaint is that it does not have a swimming pool. I love to relax in the pool after a long hot day in the summer time. But the Hotel itself is great as was the service.

We had made a reservation for 1 night far in advance, at the last minute we called the hotel directly to add a night. By the time we arrived, our previous reservation was coordinated with the new reservation. Easy check-in and check-out. Very pleasant desk clerks!
