The lock on the bathroom was broke along with the door not being able to close. Garbage behind a chair we moved plus 2 corners with big black cobwebs hanging. The girl at the front desk did nothing wrong, but she should look at people when she speaks with them. She seemed very uncomfortable speaking . She had no negative affect on our stay though.

We were down in Lexington for the George Strait concert. This hotel provided everything we needed. My 9 month old loved the pool!!

Serviceable, but that is a word I would use to describe lesser chains. This HGI isn't up the the level of others. It appears the owners are piggybacking on the reputation of the brand. TV - small. Room size - sparce. Excercise room/pool - minor league. In other words, serviceable.

The entire staff was friendly, gracious and and provided excellent service. The food and service at breakfast each morning was very good. Shelly and Ralph are to be commended. the only suggestions for improvement in the upkeep of the hotel would be regarding the carpet in the hallways in places needed to be cleaned and find a place other than the front […] door for the staff to take a smoke. Our experience staying here was comfortable. We have stayed in this hotel before and was very satisfied. The floors in the room on the 3rd floor had some issues with soft spots. The noise level also had a lot to be desired. The walls seemed paper thin. But overall was pleased.

We loved the convenience of being close to all the great shops in Hamburg Pavilion and many great resturants. Hotel is well maintained and the staff is top of the line. Great breakfast bar also.

The room was clean, but needed repair. The interior of the room had a damaged appearance. For example, the corners were chipped on the drawers and the cooling unit rattled. The safety lock on the door was loose. After closer inspection, I noticed the bottom screw was not tight. I tried tightening it myself, only to realize the hole was stripped out. […] Therefore, it could not be tightened at all. Also, there was barely any sound insulation. Overall satisfied with our stay but we did have an issue with parking. There was a family reunion that night and even after we were told the reunion would be over they just moved the gathering outside and even more people showed up. We had to park at the Arby's next door.

We got room 232 with the very loud air conditioner. It buzzes and clunks the whole time it is on. I turned it off just to get some sleep but then the room was over 80 degrees. The lobby and staff are nicer than the rooms. The shower had some pink mold in the sprayer. The location is great though- close to tons of restaurants and shops.

the staff was great, the young lady at the front desk even helped me jump my car when the battery was dead, the room and everything was as good as it gets, I'd stay there again, & wish the other places I stay were just like this!

After running a 200-mile relay race with eleven other friends, which took almost 23 hours to complete, the exhaustion my roommate and I had was indescribable. Checked into the hotel and received the wrong room. We were given a non smoking room when we requested a smoking room. Also, the toilet in the first room ran constantly after we flushed. Called the front desk and someone brought us keys to a new room. Upon entering the new room, we were knocked down by the smell of old, musty ashtray stench. We tried […] to open the window to ventilate the room but the window would only open 2 inches. Had to go to the store and purchase Febreze to make the room tolerable. The rooms have sleep number style mattresses on the beds, but the dial did not work on ours and we woke up sunk to the box spring. The indoor pool smelled very strong of chemicals, like they had used way too much and it gave my husband a rash after swimming. The breakfast was way overpriced, you'd be better off going to IHop and get a better meal for a cheaper price. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not stay at a Hilton Hotel again. Read more

For a motel off the freeway, this place does it's best to live up to the Hilton name. Friendly staff. Impeccably clean. They offer a full breakfast bar, too, which for the price was good. The only negative is that the decor is somewhat dated and the room was damp.

The only bad things i will say about our stay was, the bed, they went on about how great it was but it left both of us sore the next morning. The other would be the TV channels. Yea you could have paid to watch movies, but seriously they had like 6+ ESPN channels. I mean i guess men would love that... The last thing was i didnt notice it was a paid […] breakfast, 6 bucks for the cold stuff and 12 for the hot...ah, no thank you. Not when there is a McDonalds down the street. The Hilton Garden was very nice. The morning breakfast was very good. The room we were given on the first floor was very clean. The bed was wonderful. Wasn't too happy about the lawn mower running at 7:30 in the morning, but that was about the only thing wrong. The hotel is very well maintained and close to many places to eat and shop.
