The place is very clean and the staff are very accomodating. Overall I am satisfied as to the cleanliness and the staff. Too bad it is a little far from my intended destinations. I will still come back and consider this place for future accomodation booking.

Room was nice. Had a odor, not too bad but it did smell. had to wait to check in, one person and not ready with paperwork or cards before checking in. Also some lights didn't work in room.

This hotel is overpriced. Hallways are filthy. Room is not same as pictures. It is dirty and smelly. A/C was slow and took forever to cool. I had awful experience. The room maybe ok for one to find a place to sleep. But it is very expensive.

Recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Hanover Park, IL. Wow.. talk about absolutly awful! The room was filthy (huge stain in the middle of the carpet in the room, bathroom was filty etc) and on christmas eve night we returned to find that the key card for the room (this happened twice) did not work. Stood in the hallway for over an hour waiting […] for someone to let us in. There was a party in the hall .. we were not alone! .The phone between the doors to call the person did not work and when another guest tried to call for us from their room, it didn't work either. When the night person FINALLY came out of hiding he was rude and acted as if we were bothering him.. Also, on the last night of the stay, my neighbor woke us up at 5am with a string of obscentities and druken speech until about 7am. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Read more

For the money this is a decent hotel however there were people partying in the hotel so the noise was kind of loud. Also, there really were no amenities except a Wendy's across the parking lot. Again for the very reasonable price and just staying a night not a bad place.

My wife and I was very disappoint of the state of the conditions of the hotel. Although we paid for the room, we left and found other accomondations for the weekend. We lost our money but we couldn't stay in the filth. I used expedia numerous time. Never have had this issue. A refund would be nice

The hotel didn't have a pool but having the luxary of a full kitchen & large bathroom was nice! Very pleasant atmosphere with nice friendly staff. Very good location, driving range across the street, grocery store & mall with in 5 min as well as a few blocks down from the train station.
