We took the 5 minute walk to allstate arena without any issues. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the blanket had hair stuck all over it. The noise level was not bad, and the overall area was safe. If I were to go to another event at allstate I would stay here again due to the price and convenience.

The room was clean and the area was quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants. The room itself could of had dishwashing liquid for the dishes but besides that, the stay was nice. I'd do it again with no hesitation.

Hotel was exactly what I needed and the price was very reasonable. I could only suggest a fruit bowl or cookies when customers check in as a welcome to the hotel.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room that had an ashtry and was smoked in. You can't get that smell out no matter how much you clean it. The actual room was outdated and smelled bad like someone had urinated all over the carpet. Not what I expected.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the location was close to the airport. Although billed as an extended stay, we just wanted an overnight hotel close to the airp to. This hotel fit the bill!

The hotel is right of the toll road and close to public transportation. If you are just wanting a place to crash it is the perfect place, but it is in need of renovations and not fancy at all.

All in all, our stay was fine. We only stayed overnight but the hotel is close to the Allstate Arena which was why we were there. The surrounding area had plenty of places to eat. We loved having a full refrigerator. It was a great stay.

My boyfriend and I stay for a night because we were going to a concert at the All State Arena. The location is great because the hotel is a block away and instead of dealing with the concert traffic we just walked to the concert. That was seriously the best part of our stay. As soon as we walked and placed some food in the fridge we spotted hair. There […] was hair in the door, in the drawers, and and in the freezer. How does one get hair in the freezer? Whatever, we cleaned it up and we about our business. Taking a nap on those paper thin sheets almost killed me and ruined any kind of moment my guy and I might have had...Look I'll just say this. Will not stay there again..................Shuttle only 2 miles away DOES not run on demand. I had to wait 50 minutes!! After travelling all day. It's on their time...........Not customer service!! I have never experienced this policy ever in my business travel.

Hotel is in great location. I had access to many dining options and things to do. Staff was incredibly courteous and pleasant. Reservation was exactly as expected. Hallways did have funny smell, and while walking to and from my room, I could hear children while walking by. Room also had funny smell during entire 3 day trip. It was relatively clean […] (had a noodle in drain). Everything else was spotless. Furniture was very basic...had four drawer dresser, desk with chair, dining table with one chair, and recliner type chair with ottoman; TV was tiny, older box model, limited channel options. Fridge was immaculate, all kitchen was clean, dishes/utensils clean and placed nicely in cabinets. Bed was worst part of stay. Super thin "mattress" with no cushion in it, paper thin sheet, just a tad thicker dingy blanket, and two flat pillows. Did not hear any other guests in halls or other rooms, only while walking in hallways. Overall, it served its purpose and it wasn't a complete dive. I would have liked a room that didn't smell funny and a nicer bed, but the convenience of the kitchen, the ability to have a quiet room, and the great location (I took blue line into downtown) was worth the price. This hotel could have been kept in a better way, also i was shocked to see that the front desk remains closed during 11 pm to 7 am. What could have been the scenario if someone wants to check in during those hours......

I have no issues with Extended stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the room clean and adequate. The hotel is after all an extended stay property with low cost rooms. Just a short walk from All State Arena and plenty nice! I was very pleased with the in-room kitchen as well!!! I could not get the wireless internet to work though, but as far as the room, neighborhood and location went, very pleased!!!

The hotel was sufficient for the price and location was good since we were seeing a show at the All State Arena. The only turnoff was that our hotel room had a weird smell (musty/mold) and it appeared to be under construction with plastic over the windows and some yellow tape in the parking lot. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The bed was really firm. And they didn't provide extra pillows. We would up getting a room on the smoking floor. The hall to our room smelled horrible. the room was small and the kitchenette wasnt that clean.

I had reserved and paid for a Non-Smoking Room and stressed to them that we have an infant. We arrived late at night and the lady at the desk didn't speak a single word of English. We checked into our room and the smell of smoking was everywhere. In the morning, I went to the front desk and VERY NICELY asked the manager if she can switch our room since […] it is a Smoking one. She was very rude and those were her exact words: We don't have any rooms left and if you don't like this room, you are welcome to check out and find another hotel. I was shocked. As I was talking to her, there were at least 3 other angry customers with similar problems. I called Hotels.Com and while I was on the phone they talk4ed to this same lady, who within 2 minutes said she had another similar room availabe. I could't understand how she was not willing to help me without having to go through a hotels.com complaint. The second room they gave us was good, to be fair. But, this hotel didn't have ICE nor breakfast. We stayed for 3 days and I had interactions with 4 people at the fronk desk, and only ONE of them spoke English. I was once an immigrant as well and had to learn English, and I think if you are going to do front desk customer service, you have to be able to speak some simple English. ホテルに食事をとれるところは無し。コインランドリーと飲み物、小菓子の自販機はあります。徒歩で5分ほどのところに小さなモールがあり、Fast Foodやスーパー(TARGE)があり、食事の調達は可能。ステーキの食べられるレストランも同じエリアにあります。部屋は長期滞在のためのキッチンや大型冷蔵庫が備えられている。部屋のメンテナンスは週に1回のみ。空港からは近く1時間に一度の送迎があるが繁華街からはタクシーでの移動が必要です。
