Old but very convenient. Small indoor heated pool, but served it's purpose. Breakfast room very small for the number of rooms and people in the hotel.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. It is right next to Motel 6, but we decided to pay the higher rate for this place since there is a pool and spa, and we wanted to soak after spending 10 hours in the car. What a waste of money! The spa had no jets, was bath tub temperature, and way over chlorinated. I was so itchy when I got out. The pool was […] ok, and my daughter had fun swimming though. Thankfully, this stay was for one night. The locations is for truck drivers, not for anyone who is traveling for pleasure. I compare it to a Motel 6, therefore the rental rate was overprice! Need major room overhaul! The front desk very nice!

They didn't have a baby crib/bed or a refrigerator. The ice maker was out on the third floor. It was a hassle to get ice. The continental breakfast didn't include eggs. I was disappointed with the overall quality of the room and had a less than pleasurable experience. I will not be choosing Ramada again.

i arrived at 4:30...and the room wasn't ready, then they jumped right on it.. i found a string cheese wrapper on the floor with a plasic spoon for eating ice cream. then they locked me out ofthe room the next day and i had to renew my key card... i will never stay again at any ramada.

Every bed sheet had very large blood stains, every towel had old stains including fresh make up stains. Headboard was falling of the wall, literally. Headboards had head banging marks and chips. After reading the other reviews and checking for bed bugs we all slept fully clothed. Please don't stay here!

Although we got a good price and the location was good, I can't say I was impressed with anything else. We picked it so the kids could use the indoor pool but it was tiny and the heater was broken. Also, the hot tub was really small with limited jets. The breakfast is free and fine but the area is too small for the size of the place and there is only […] one waffle maker for the waffles they advertised leading to lots of waiting. There was also no hair dryer in the room and the safe didn't work. When I called about the safe, they said that none of them worked. I will say that even though it is right off the freeway, we couldn't really hear the traffic noise so that was a positive. I needed a bed. I got a bed. Comfortable enough and quiet enough (we were on the East side of the hotel). I was glad I had flip flops! The bathtub was dingy at best. The folks at the front desk were VERY nice and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. You get what you pay for and I didn't need not care for a particularly lavish experience. Friendly staff, but the main reason we stayed there was to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub but the pool heater was broken so it was unbearable and the hot tub was luke warm with no bubbles.

Everyone and everything was nice. Only two concerns. First morning there was no hot water for showering (tepid). But I told the front desk and the next day there was no problem. Also, when we came back from being out the next day the toilet had not been flushed. I also saw two long hairs in the bathtub and we do not have long hair.

When I noticed that we got the room next to the elevator we should of turned around right then and there but it was late at night and we had our 5 month old with us. As we tried to walk in our room none of the night switches worked the bathroom that was more like a gym shower room was dirty. At this point we just did not care because we were so tired. […] Then about 2 in the morning we herd (what my husband says) pipes screaming loud above our room. He even recorded it with his phone. Many items where not working both in the motel and in our room . The sink was cloged running slow, Toliete needed to be plunged before we could use it . The elavator was not working for our complete stay and we where on the third floor three nights . Sorry I had booked Ramada .

Great hotel for the price. Nicely decorated. Excellent location if you're in town for a Bethel event. Had a dirty towel this time & didn't always get my coffee refilled but we've stayed there many times & I've never had that problem before. Love having the fridge & microwave in the room. Pretty quiet hotel.
