Overall the hotel wasn't bad. This was our second stay here and the room they had us in this time was much better than the first. I have NEVER had this problem at ANY other hotels that I have stayed at. During our first stayed it was a little scary being woke up by the alarm and then being having to stand outside for about an hr at 3am so fire crews could check the hotel to then find out it was from some idiot wanting to smoke but didn't want to go outside. This time I couldn't believe it happened again it was 1am and it went off twice in the span of an hour in the middle of our 4day trip. Thankfully they were able to turn it off without us standing around outside for hours on end. I don't know if this happens regularly but it definately makes me question staying here again. Read more

Really nice place to stay. Clean and updated hardware and appliances. Nice staff. Stayed for Disneyland trip just about 10 min away and cheaper than the run-down motels really close to the park. The wall-mounted AC was a little loud but it kept the room cool when it was humid outside. The surrounding was nothing special but otherwise nice.

Stadium & downtown Disney 10 minutes away. Shopping, gas on the corner, hwy across the street. Honestly, there was no need to stay at Disney, plus the price was right! It's so much easier to have a kitchen, especially when you are there for multiple days. My main complaint is the bed and the LOUD AC. That was bothersome. The AC was right next to the […] bed, and you could hear it all night long. There was an added comfy chair in the room that took up ALL of the space. It needed to be moved. If you have arthritis, or back issues, you will not like the bed, I had to do yoga stretches for over 10 minutes and get walking to take the ache out. The studio is just big enough for two people, so if you have more ppl, get a bigger room. They don't clean your rooms, so when you drop small stuff, you have to pick it up yourself. If you need more towels, you have to replace yours from the front desk. These were the BEST towels I have ever experienced in my life. My husband and I stayed in a single room, I wish I got the double room, so it would feel that I had more space. As the single room is a studio, if you are spending time in your room with multiple people or luggage, it will feel tight. The front desk always had a smile, although a bit slow at times, depending who was at the desk. My husband & I are fussy hotel goers, this place suited us just fine, since we were there just to sleep. The hotel is nice and quiet too! Read more

My checkin time was after midnight. I am female and was alone unloading my car. The security gentleman kept an eye on me unloading the car and actually opened the bldg entrance door. I was soo impressed and felt safe!!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding. We weren't expecting anything romantic, or fabulous, but somewhere decent to stay for the 3 nights, plus a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out very much. We had never been to California or Orange County before and were disappointed how run down and ghetto the area was. The hotel did not seem […] clean. It was outdated, needed a new paint job, new carpet and just seemed shady. The room itself was nice, a little smaller than the pictures made it look. But again, seemed dirty. I'm not a germaphobe, but there were stains on the curtains, on the bathroom counter, and the desk was smudged. It didn't seem like anything had been wiped down, let alone scrubbed before it was deemed ready for another person. We wiped it down ourselves and felt more comfortable about it. If there is one thing you need to know about this place- it is that the AC is awful! It is motion sensored, so when you are out of the room, or asleep the AC turns off!!! NOT OK for California and in the summer time! We would come back after a long day, ready to go to sleep and the room would be 80 degrees! I complained to the staff and they said that it was their most common complaint. Overall it did not seem clean, it was ghetto, and it was hot. In this case, you get what you pay for. If we ever travel to CA again we will pay a good amount of money so we can have a decent hotel. This is not the area or hotel chain to try and get a "deal." Read more

Clean room. friendly staff! They gave me a blanket because i was extra cold. And catered to my needs! Also, we stayed here during our visit to Disneyland. they don't have a shuttle but u can drive about a mile away to parking by "garden walk" which u pay $15 for the entire day of parking and they provide a shuttle to Disneyland and back which runs until […] 1am. Our "studio" had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, in my entire life, and the lack of sleep as a result basically made my trip a lot harder than it had to be. We only stayed here overnight, so that we could be away from our kids on our anniversary. We spent the day in Laguna Beach and then had dinner in Orange, so we really didn't spend much time at the hotel. But what time we did spend there was perfectly pleasant, with no big surprises. I can only surmise that the floor carries the sound of footsteps all too well to the room below, or the walls are too thin. If I had to complain about something, I'd say I wish there was a pool. Also, when I went to the desk to check out, the clerk was less than fully attentive, as she was having a conversation with a maintenance man. As the customer, I expected better than that. The hair dryer in the bathroom was incredibly loud, and I didn't like the style of shower control (you have to go through "cold" to get to "warm"), but now I'm just nitpicking.
