An Airlink bus service connects direct with the city centre in less than 30 minutes. Close to the airport is one of the city’s most popular attractions, Edinburgh Zoo, famous for its penguins.

Stayed there for one night with my wife after arriving on a late flight. The shuttle from (and to) the airport was prompt and regular as it is the same bus serving one of the larger carparks. Hotel staff was friendly and professional, the room nice, clean, smoke-free and not loud. Although we had not booked it, we also had continental breakfast in the hotel, which also fine: real Muesli, nice Yoghurts, selection of cooked meats...only the cheese selection was poor. All in all a very nice stay and everything you would expect from a holiday of that category
