The hotel is clean and the staff is great. The only problem is there is just one sink/mirror area and with four women in a suite, that's not enough. I'll stay here again but not on a shopping trip with my girlfriends.

I was impressed with the size and accomodations. I am very picky about the hotels I stay at but, I was very comfortable with the room. The staff was very friendly. I most definately stay there again when I return to Memphis.

We fell in love with the Springhill in Tulsa and were excited to find another in Memphis. I took one step into the room and walked right out. It reeked of mildew. Okay. That happens. I thought the hotel was very comfortable and had nicely decorated rooms. I arrived a little early but my room was not ready. I returned around 3/4 and quickly checked in. i am a germaphobic so I spray everything down with lysol spray. One of the beds had stained sheets. Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel amenities were good. We will stay again if we are ever coming to the area. The person at the front desk could have been a little more friendier but the rest of the staff was great.....4 1/2 stars out of 5.

I have previously stayed in this brand of hotel in another city, so I had a good expectation of what it would look and feel like. I have to say that overall I was not disappointed with my stay there. My only complaints were: the battery in the smoke dector went out and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like. The smoke dector problem was fixed […] within minutes of calling the front desk, and I cleaned the bathroom with the can of lysol I bring on all trips. I stayed at this hotel while House Hunting. Kristin and Brittney were working the front desk during my stay. They were Outstanding. My wife requested an additional blanket due to a medical condition, they not only brought it to her but they warmed it up in the dryer for her. The SpringHill Suites hotel was great in many ways, and I particularly enjoyed the big and comfy room. But this hotel is not environmental friendly at all, and produces a lot of garbage. In the rooms they have paper plates and plastic utensils, they have soaps, condintioner and shampoo disposable, rather than keeping it in dispensers on the wall. Thus […] both the packaging and the left-over content is thrown after we leave the room. We did not put down the note on the pillow stating that we would like to have new towels, still all the towels were changed when we returned. The complimentary breakfast only had disposable jam, butter, and so on, as well as plastic or paper utensils.
