Great price , great location for Pompeii . The balcony is awesome to sit on too. Service was amazing as well . They really tailored to our needs . Great view of the city at the restaurant !

Wonderful stay at the Mercure Napoli Angioino Centro. Very good location (minutes walk from the opera house, royal palace, etc.) Superb staff -- very nice quiet bar off of the lobby: perfect for an evening drink. Room was good sized, clean, with excellent Wi-Fi.

My family of four stayed two nights at the hotel Iside and truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location with safe easily accessable parking. Rooms were good sized with a large bathroom. The location was easily excessable to the major Pompei sites and a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wifi didn't work well on the second third floor but worked well in the lobby. Breaskfast was fantastic each day and the staff was knowledgable and friendly. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel was located in a very central location. You could see piazza tasso from our balcony. The hotel is located on a main road, corso italia, with easy access to bars, restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean (cleaned everyday), the breakfast was light but good enough to start the day (freshly made coffee, pastries, yogurt, cereal and fruit). The only complaint is that we felt our room smelled like cigarette smoke, although all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. They did extra cleaning and aired the room for us, because they had no other rooms available. It was OK afterwards. I would recommend this hotel to any one. It was good value for the price.

The bad first. The bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. It is hard as a board. The room is very basic with few additions- like side tables!... We were disappointed. The Internet situation is ridiculous. They don't charge you but only give you an hour at a time. Very inconvenient for businesspeople. The pool has very few sunbeds and some days we waited 2 hours for one. The breakfast is average and the staff are very curt. The good next. The pool area is lovely, spectacular view, a cafe and wonderful sunbeds (more comfy than the beds in the rooms!). The hotel location is perfect, near all the best shops and restaurants and ferry services. It is the best value for money in Positano. Just bring a king size pillow top for the bed! A short guide to Positano

A desirably picturesque tourist haunt, Moorish-style houses cling to Positano’s steep hillsides. It’s a pleasant walk down to the small grey beach and fishing harbour via narrow, flower-decked alleyways and steps, but the return journey takes some effort (luckily there’s a bus). A domed church is Positano’s main landmark. The town celebrates the Feast of the Assumption on 15th August by re-enacting a famous victory against the Saracens.

We found the hotel to be in a fantastic location - the room was beautiful, large with a gorgeous terrace over-looking the sea and the village of Positano- the staff was exceptional - we highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a great location.Services of the hotel were great (hotel restaurants were as good as any with 25% off as a guest). Location cannot be beat if you want to be right on the water/harbor. Slight nosie from the harbor starts early in the morning. Views outstanding. I would suggest a Jr. Suite as our deluxe room balcony was small and right […] over the restaurant. The Mediterranean restaurant was also fantastic. A lot of stairs and climbing in Positano. Take an excursion to Capri instead of the ferry. The excursion takes you around the island by water and still provides plenty of time on land. Read more
