Everything was ok except the restaurant! The breakfast was standard and acceptable but never try the dinner.

Service was amazing! Staff and desk were extremely friendly and provided useful information on local restaurants. Bathrooms were spotless and roomy. Beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to get up! About a 15-20 min walk to city center.

Old, needs updating. Breakfast was a bit limited.internet was spotty and faded in and out. The desk did not know how to fix it. That was disappointing. However Parma was a very pleasant surprise.

All hotels in Italy have had free, 24 hour Internet, and this hotel did not. We were ok to purchase it, but that did not work. We were treated rudely by the staff at the desk and the restaurant.....would not go back.

Great hotel with helpful staff and a great location. Short walk through a gorgeous park to downtown Parma. Park was the perfect place for a daily run, walk, or a bike ride. The room was a good size but the TV was a bit dated. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Some free parking in front of the hotel which was welcomed.

We had a great experience here. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very nice - something for everyone to enjoy. We walked from the train station, which was easy and we really enjoyed being right next to Park Ducale to a flavor of the local neighborhood. Starhotels Du Parc is a beautiful modern hotel with an "old world" feeling situated near the historic center of Parma. It was easy to find on arrival, and about a 10 minute walk through the adjoining park to the center. Clean, well maintained hotel nicely located next to the large park (and a supermarket). Within walking distance from train station and downtown (a nice stroll through the park). I recommend it strongly (among other alternatives in Parma). The only hotel I have tried there that have real, and nice pillows and proper quilts.

This hotel is in a very good location just outside of the Parma city center. My room was pretty small but I had a window facing the park. My single room had no coffee makings and an old CRT television. I haven't seen a room without a flat-screen in many years. Taxi service to the hotel was fast and the front desk clerks were helpful. Nice hotel in Parma, not central to the town but still well located with only 15mins walk into the main part of town. Good clean rooms with nice amenities (old TV though) Great breakfast buffet and the staff were very firnedly. Also, good free parking right out the front of the hotel entry.

A fine modern hotel: air-conditioned, clean, comfortable. It is, however,situated rather far from the heart of the old city. In addition, it is fronted by a very busy road; this is fine if you are travelling by car, awkward if by rail. And other than the costly hotel restaurant, there is little else anywhere nearby.

Questo hotel è veramente un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca un albergo comodo e vicino al centro, e alle spalle del magnifico Parco Ducale.
