The service was very efficient, from the quick pick up at the airport to the check in. The room was well prepared with no hint of cigarette smoke. Perhaps the hotel can make one addition, that is, to place two small bottles of water in the room.

Our flight arrived around 11pm and when i arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to pick me up. The shuttle took around 15mins to 30mins and it is free! It is less frequent than hotels like hilton or holiday inn. I saw three holiday inn shuttles passing by when I was waiting. The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned, towels on floor, bed unchanged and unmade. I had to drag my super heavy luggage back down to the front desk to request a new room. Then I had asked for a wake up call which I never received. Good thing the airline called me or I would have overslept. Stayed two nights for a work trip. We did not eat at restaurants or visit the pool, but the room was very nice and the view overlooking the golf course was a nice bonus. We were also very happy with the quietness that the soundproof rooms provided. The front desk staff and our bellman were very helpful and courteous.

Very convenient - airport shuttle drops you off right at front door after short ride. Nice clean modern hotel. I really appreciated the fact that there was very little walking necessary. Soda machine out of order. Elevater out of order. Had to use service elevater to exit hotel in morning. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a cab. No organization in the cab area. No chair to sit on in room. Rust on bathroom door and safety lock missing.

Other than stained shower grout, it was clean. Couldn't even detect the wireless Internet on my device. 5 calls to the front desk left me no closer to the Internet. Gave up and went to sleep. Right next to the airport and walked to the airport metrorail station. Unload your luggage before you park!

We had an over night stay in Miami. The location of the hotel is very convenient being close to the airport and walking distance from the Miami Metro Rail station. The only draw back is the NOISE! The non-stop noise of the cars and plans in transit through out the night is very inconvenient. No problem for someone who is a heavy sleeper! It was pretty convenient. But we did have an issue with the parking for our one night stay. We went out in the evening after checking in and had to pay the garage parking fee before we could exit the garage. I went to the front desk and the agent told me we had to pay the parking fee per day. For a Sheraton, this was a bad experience. The breakfast in the room was not like old croissants, fruit was bad,etc. for a lot of money. I recently stayed at this hotel overnight in order to catch an international flight the next morning. The hotel is in a great location and convenient to the airport. The complementary shuttle service departed right on time. I have one complaint and one observation that may be useful. The room was also noticeably noisy from all the jet traffic coming and going into MIA. I'm an easy sleeper so the noise didn't bother me. They added a mandatory 15% service charge for all Food and Beverage charges - and provided poor service. I had to find my own refills on coffee for breakfast and everytime something was needed for breakfast your needed to search for your server.
