The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned, towels on floor, bed unchanged and unmade. I had to drag my super heavy luggage back down to the front desk to request a new room. Then I had asked for a wake up call which I never received. Good thing the airline called me or I would have overslept. Stayed two nights for a work trip. We did not eat at restaurants or visit the pool, but the room was very nice and the view overlooking the golf course was a nice bonus. We were also very happy with the quietness that the soundproof rooms provided. The front desk staff and our bellman were very helpful and courteous.

Very convenient - airport shuttle drops you off right at front door after short ride. Nice clean modern hotel. I really appreciated the fact that there was very little walking necessary. Soda machine out of order. Elevater out of order. Had to use service elevater to exit hotel in morning. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a cab. No organization in the cab area. No chair to sit on in room. Rust on bathroom door and safety lock missing.

Other than stained shower grout, it was clean. Couldn't even detect the wireless Internet on my device. 5 calls to the front desk left me no closer to the Internet. Gave up and went to sleep. Right next to the airport and walked to the airport metrorail station. Unload your luggage before you park!

We had an over night stay in Miami. The location of the hotel is very convenient being close to the airport and walking distance from the Miami Metro Rail station. The only draw back is the NOISE! It was pretty convenient. But we did have an issue with the parking for our one night stay. We went out in the evening after checking in and had to pay the garage parking fee before we could exit the garage. I went to the front desk and the agent told me we had to pay the parking fee per day. When we left the next day, I was charged another parking fee even though I had already paid the day before and she was the representative who I brought this issue up to the day before. Arrived from overseas at 23:30, exhausted and my room was not ready. Got the keys around 00:30 of the following day and when I wnet to bed, realized that the sheet weren't changed. I had to find a housekeeper and the hallway to change the sheets and make the bed.

For a Sheraton, this was a bad experience. The breakfast in the room was not like old croissants, fruit was bad,etc. for a lot of money. The window in the room was full with condense which made it almost impossible to look outside. After the room was cleaned, they just left the breakfast stuff in the room. The room had nothing out of ordinary, other than complimentary mineral water and Starbucks Coffee. Room size was average and it looked a little outdated on the interiors and carpet. we stayed there overnight due to a very early flight in the morning, I felt like we paid way too much for the name!

They added a mandatory 15% service charge for all Food and Beverage charges - and provided poor service. I had to find my own refills on coffee for breakfast and everytime something was needed for breakfast your needed to search for your server.

The room and services at the hotel were nice and staff was good. Their restaurant was a different story. The food was stale and was tough, for this food it was extremely overpriced. The Club bread was tough like it was microwaved way to long, the meats were tough and stringy, as if it were left out and put away too many times. Ice tea was good. Overall a great hotel. Rooms were clean lobby and hotel intereior were clean. The outside pool area and outdoor dining were somewhat dirty though:( Dirty dishes left on tables. Guests leaving towels behind on chairs and no staff came by to pick them up at any time. However rest. food was great. Key Lime pie is a must if you stay and dine here:)

Was here just 1 night pre-cruise. It was clean, staff was pretty nice. The airport shuttle was great, no long waits. Buffet wasn't very impressive but if you are going for just a night or two this hotel should suffice.

Our check in was a breeze and we were greeted cheerfuly. Everything was satisfactory, and we stayed on the club level which included the appetizers, fruit and drinks in the evening ($ for the alcohol of course) and a nice continental breakfast in the morning in their clubhouse suite. Our keys didn't work the first time and had to have them re-keyed […] for breakfast. The clubhouse offered computer monitors free of charge and you could print your boaring passes also free. However the printer cartridge was empty and we never did get our passes till the next morning, which was minor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The walls were a bit THIN and you would be able to hear conversations in the next room and in the hall. It wasn't a problem as everyone went to bed early. The only complaint is that the bathroom light also switched on the fan and it was very outdated and LOUD. So loud that you had to SHUT the door if the light was on so the person watching tv or sleeping was not bothered. Read more

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip on the next day in late morning and think the hotel was a good choice and was a very plesant place to stay. Two things that one must check that I usually take for granted for the staff to check were missed. The missed were a 3:15AM alarm clock and a very cold shower switch in shower mode. Thanks

Had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in! Had paid for my room and was disappointed the staff was very slow checking in hotel guests at 11:00pm. A guy who arrived AFTER me was taken first (he had just arrived) even though I was waiting 30 minutes. Quick check-in and given coupon for an excellent breakfast, the restaurant was very pleasing before starting a busy morning at the airport. Room was well kept but obviously aged a bit. Difficulty getting an available computer for printing boarding pass. I had extra heavy luggage and the driver of the shuttle was extremely helpful.
