The stay was comfortable and roomy. Wished it was a bit more cleaner and brighter in the room. The room seems like it has been overused but everything works. It's closet downtown and the hotel staff is very kind. The hotel buffet was decent and worth the price.

Excellent reception and check-out service. I selected a room with bay view which I strongly recommend because the view is amazing specially during the late evenings and night. Both the room and the bathroom very clean and had all the usual amenities in quality trade marks. Valet parking was quite efficient and simple and...less expensive than self-parking.! I used in room dinning and the order was delivered within the time frame promised in all occasions. Food arrived warm and as requested. An excellent alternative to Brickell area hotels when on business since it is very close to the core business area. A perfect alternative for families since the areas are spacious and safe. I'll go back...for sure.!

In walking distance to American Airlines Arena and performing arts center which was very convenient. Rooms were extra clean. The only negative was that you had to pay for wi-fi in the room.

The service was terrific and everyone was really nice. The hotel is older and you can tell by the condition of it. The morning buffet is a little expensive but worth it if you are really hungry. It had a great variety.

We stayed at the Miami Hilton Downtown over night and took a cruise the next day, leaving our car till we got back. They gave us a great extended parking deal thru Hotels.com. The hotel itself if very elegant. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The view of the harbour from our room was breathtaking! Worth the price alone :) The hotel is a 10 minute walk to American Airlines Arena. Perfect if you want to catch a Miami Heat game, and only a 10 minute cab ride to the Miami harbor. Very convenient for Cruise goers. The perfect place to stay in downtown Miami.

Very nice hotel for a nights stay for Billy Joel concert at AAA! Only drawback was our room wasn't ready upon arriving after posted check in time, and there were a lot of people going through same thing. They did provide us with free cocktails at the bar which was much appreciated. Gorgeous view from our 17th floor room. Neighborhood isn't the greatest, especially walking to the arena and I wish the hotel staff let us know that the Metromover monorail service was out of order for maintenance before walking blocks in the opposite direction to get to the station, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

Very beat up hotel...hallways, elevators, rooms...everything is old and chipped and cracked and worn. My tv didn't work very well, the AC made a loud, annoying noise, and there was no water available in the room - the vending machine on my floor only accepted change so I had to go down to the lobby to get water. On the plus side, the staff was extremely friendly. There are so many hotels in the area, I'd look somewhere else until they complete a renovation.

It was really nice! However, coming from Dallas and having stayed at the Hilton Anatole, I was really expecting an awesome stay, especially at the rate of $180+ a night. Not to mention the valet parking at $28 a day. However, I was somewhat disappointed. Basically, there was no hot tub, microwave, and no second sink or mirror outside the bathroom. The Best Western that I stayed at in Orlando had all these things PLUS AN EXTRA HOT TUB.

It was average. The hotel could use some upgrading and the staff could be better particularly the parking and bellhop. If I wasn't at the ready with a tip no one moved. Reception and housekeeping were very nice. This hilton pales in comparison to some others I have stayed at.

My husband and I stayed here before going on family cruise. It was close to airport and port. My son and his family of 6 arrived at midnight without reservations, but they were able to get a room close to ours and a roll away bed was brought into our room. Great place, location and friendly staff!

Very noisy and tiny corner hotel room. Very unimpressed actually for a Hilton. Great location but the rooms are quite mediocre. We paid a holiday premium and the room felt like a forty five dollar dive on a beachside side street

After being told there was no reservation for us at check In and being told my Expedia confirmation number was useless to her, the girl said wait a mi ute walked away for a while and then said here's your keys your rooms that way...no I'm sorry no can we assist you...nothing. Upon entering the room the recent renovation was nice and the layout was nice. All I wanted was to put a drink in the fridge and relax....well....$300 a night doesn't get you that even though there's. Picture of one in my reservation. I opened the window. To see...a crusty roof. I called down to ask for a change of rooms with a fridge and the girl says I'll call you right back. I got no call for 45 min so I called back down and Jean Pierre wS very kind and professional. He said he would assist and did. 15 minutes later Fridge and microwave arrived to my surprise. This made the stay much better and honestly helped restore the Hilton Name a bit.

No towels in our room right after we checked in but towels were brought up shortly thereafter. AC did not work at all, making the room almost unbearable. Ordered room service and order was wrong. They then tried to give us a complimentary bottle of water while still making us pay $16 for an order that was WRONG!! They took the food off of our bill. Room service said they were sending the "chef" on multiple occasions to come to the room to look at the food but no one came. I called room service and they said the chef was on the way to the room. A few mins later someone knocks on our door and it's not the chef. It's the lady who originally took my order. My point here is why even lie about something like this. Also, throughout the weekend the staff was very rude to my girlfriend and I. At one point we were In the bar area waiting for a drink and the both of us were nearly run over not once, not twice but three times by a bartender that clearly didn't care. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels before but after this experience and for the price we paid I will never be staying at a Hilton again.

The room was comfortable the view 2as great. I was not happy with the flat parking fee and the fee to have WI if access. No fridge in the room to accomdate cold refreshments.

We had tickets to a Saturday night Miami Heat game and found the Hilton still had last minute availability at a decent price compared to the competition. The location was unbeatable as we were able to take the free metromover down to the arena for the game without having to worry about traffic or parking. There was also a Publix across the street, which was nice. The hotel itself felt a bit dated and the room could have used an overhaul. The couch looked old and dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower didn't drain. The bed however was very comfortable.

It was great. Friendly staff and great location. Tons of places to eat in walking distance. There's a boardwalk near by. Great for an early run or late stroll. Beautiful views.

I made the reservation for a client, I chose this hotel for the convenience of having her stay close to our office and because of a well known name, unfortunately for our client and embarrassingly for us, she had a bad experience since it was 52 degrees in Miami and the hotel doesn't have heating! She asked if they could provide a personal heater but all they offered were extra blankets! A total disappointment for a Hilton hotel, we expected better.

We were in town to see something at the Arsht Center, and this fit the bill. A junior suite was only a little more expensive than a standard room and had a king-sized bed. We went for it and were pleasantly surpised--a large corner room with a great view on 2 sides. Overall very comfortable. The restauarant was a little dated-looking and the food was just OK, not anything I would remotely consider for a fancy meal. However, the service, despite no one in evidence when we walked in, turned out to be very good conisdering we were trying to get to the theater. Kevin at the front desk was great too. Internet and parking were extra of course but I've paid more in other places, and overall, taking into account the great room and the going rates in December in Miami, I thought it was a decent value. This will definitely be a go-to place when my plans take me to Miami again.
