I stay at this hotel frequently because it is located close to my business activities. The personnel are very friendly and the hotel provides a comforting environment. It is located near several good restaurants and is easily accessable to the various Autostradas for travel from Milan to other major cities.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average, with many choices. Found a nice restaurant called Rendesvouz, and had takeaway dinner from the supermarket one night. We only stayed in this hotel for the night before our departure for home. We were satisfied by the cleanliness of our room and we also had a nice view, as the gave as a room on the 8th floor. The hotel is situated at a nice location, around 15-20 minutes from the center. We really enjoyed hopping on and off tram 1 to and from the city center!

Close to #1 Tram - which was a nice route for see city and getting to the central area. Also taking the Trenitalia to Lake Como was super close to this hotel and easy to do. The hotel helped with a great dinner reservation just around the block.

Hotel is clean and in good working condition. Staff is not courteous, (but that is Italy). Hotel is not close to the city center nor anything. Must take taxi to go anywhere and cost of taxi is high. Breakfast buffet is good.

First, the room. It was a decent size, clean and fairly modern. Small TV, but who watches TV in Milan? The window had a view of other buildings, but that's okay. The bed was big, but that's because they put two double beds together to make it look like one. The shower is slim, but typical for Europe. The mini-bar was always stocked but the prices were […] a bit high. There's a market right in front of the hotel where you'll find the same stuff for half the price. Overall, the room was nice. The hotel: It looks nice from the outside and inside. The elevators can be pretty annoying because they don't always work and sometimes it takes a while to get it to come. There's free breakfast, which is decent and a good start to your day if you don't want to walk far to eat. The neighborhood is pretty dry and there isn't much around. It's a nice neighborhood, just no restaurants around really. The tram is about 2 blocks away, which will take you where you need to go. The Staff: Probably the worst part about this hotel. They are not always friendly, especially if you're not Italian or Asian apparently. We watched how they treat those two specific ethnicities when they didn't know we were there and there's a stark difference. They're impolite, rude and don't tell you everything. We didn't find out that we could use the Internet for free on the computer in the lobby until the last day. We called about Wi-Fi and they just gave us the rates but never mentioned the other computer. Also, you pay for 4 hours but you really get 4 log-ins and then you have to get more credits. When we asked how to get to Lago di Como, they made us go down to Cardona FNM when we could've walked down the street to the Domodossola station and caught the train there. Hi, I stayed at the Poliziano Fiera Hotel in Milan in July. It was nice and quiet. The customer service was not the best. My room was paid in advance and yet I was asked for my credit card info...and they were a bit snobby! The location of the hotel is okay. RR

Overall our stay at the ADI Poliziano Fiera Hotel was OK - however the level of customer service (at least what we experienced) has a long way to go. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk treated as a nuisance rather than as customers. Just gave us our key and tried to get rid of us as quickly as possible instead of providing us with further information […] regarding the hotel services (breakfast, restaurant, internet etc.). The room was clean although a bit small and a bit dated (there was a hole from a cigarette in the comforter even though we had a non-smoking room). The breakfast in the morning was good and included coffee (as expected), tea, milk, deli meats and cheese, rolls, bread, cakes, yogurt, fruits. The hotel is relatively easy to get to even though it is far from the Metro. It is nearby (3-minute walk) from one of Milano's train stations, the bus station is around the corner (bus #57) and the tram stops just 1 block away (trams # 1 and 19). There are 2 pizzerias (a mom-and-pop pizzeria and another one which is more like a restaurant) and a gelateria (which we rather enjoyed) within a 2 block radius). Read more

I am surgprised that this hotel claims to be 4 star hotel it was not up to the standards at all. I had Double Bed Room Classic and they refused to provide us with complementory Tea or Coffey. Which is provided by even a Road side oridnary Bread and Breakfast.I even spoke to manager who refused as well. So i dont want to stay in this hotel ever.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a conference at Milano Congressi which is within walking distance. Trams to the centre of Milan and a train line is nearby. Hotel clean and in a quiet street. Really helpful staff who went out of their way to assist, excellent English spoken by all staff on the desk. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel except that the shower was a little tired, but functioned perfectly. On the map, the hotel looks quite away from the city center. I was surprise how easy you can reach the center by buss. Sempione Park (nice place to spend a sunny afternoon) is quite close. The breakfast was nice, the room clean and maintained clean. If you don’t want to be disturbed by the lady who wants to make the beds and clean your room, don’t […] forget to put the sign on the door. The reception personnel speak English if your Italian is not there yet. The neighborhood offers quite much too: an Italian gelato shop and the market are just across the street, cafeterias with excellent cappuccino and brioche, good quality shoes and clothers small shops. We have found the best way to get to the hotel is to go via Bus 73 or the airport bus to Central FS station. Once get to Central FS station, get the red line to Cardona stn either change to Tram no. 1 just outside the stn or catch the S4 line (with destination Domodossola). The hotel was very close to the tram stn and the room was a bit small too... […] but it was very clean and comfortable. Do be careful as we had a stranger around the hotel asked us for passport after produced a toy like police identification...
