This hotel was very nice and clean. Beautiful snorkaling and swimming beach in front. Food was good and i felt it was a fair price for the quality. Good for families and singles

Great Hotel overall, peolpe there are fantastic! staff there really make you feel welcomed, my wife and I were spending our honeymoon, we stay at the Executive Warwick Suite and it was wonderfull! would recomend it for honeymooners and its also located in the Suva wing which its only for adults. All the restaurants are super good except the Zazanami restaurant, we just had a bad expirience with the waiter and couldn't enjoy the food. But maybe its a good restaurant. The Spa is really good, we got a couple massage and it was really relaxing and pleasant. Go out to the local villages, its a great expirience! and Sigatoka town is nice to walk and shop around. This is by no means a 5 star hotel, it is dated and in need of TLC. That being said, as a family we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. On the plus side, very kid friendly with activities, kids club and indulgent staff. A wonderful place to stay. I wasn't sure what I was going to find because the reviews I had read in the past were so mixed. Some people said there wasn't enough to do but we found plenty to do - no time to be bored. We especially enjoyed a tour called Discover Fiji arranged for us by hotel staff. We were not able to go on our room balcony because of gigantic wasps. Now while that may be expected on an island, it is NOT acceptable that their room balcony doors DO NOT tighly seal off, rather there are big gaps that allow pests into your room including those HUGH WASPS. My wife is allergic to bees so you can imagine the time we had. Worst hotel […] experience ever and an expensive one at that. On a lighter note i have never met more friendly people in the world. Whereas the Warwick is a very well-maintained and beautiful resort on a stunning island, and the room was immaculate and comfortable, I was disappointed with the internet service, which was non-existent except in the lobby. We spent our vacation in Fiji a 3 separate locations. The Warwick was our final location and we were there for 2 days. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff mostly friendly. We had terrible service at the bar from a waiter, but beyond that everyone was friendly and helpful. The snorkeling was excellent! The hotel is on the Coral Coast, which was a disappointing […] location. There is not much to do outside of the hotel. The Warwick Fiji Hotel and Spa was a wonderful place to honeymoon. The only downside to the hotel is that it is very kid friendly. So much in fact that we asked to be moved from the main pool area to the adult only wing. So if you are going for a honeymoon, you should ask for that in advance. It was no problem for them to move us and they didn't charge […] for the move either. The food was plentiful but not as good as we had wanted. By the end of the week, we were definitely sick of chicken drums for lunch. The glass bottom kayaks are a must as you can paddle out into the ocean and see all the beautiful marine life while staying in your kayak. You may also use their snorkel equipment at no charge as well. While there, my wife read books and lounged by the pool/ocean much of the time and I played tennis, volleyball and swam in the pool or lagoon. We also enjoyed our fabulous couples massage and milk bath! Just make sure you watch out for the coral sea snakes. They are highly poisonous! We saw one of them the first day. But don't worry, they are not very aggressive. Another must is to take the 45 minute rainforest hike to the waterfall. Absolutely breathtaking! There is a lot to do without even leaving the resort so that is what we did most of the time. Overall, we both highly recommend the Warwick Fiji Resort and Spa. We will definitely be planning a return visit for one of our special anniversaries in the future! Read more

This hotel has good maid service. They were always coming in to clean your room and in the evening when you were out to dinner, they came in to turn down your bed and they left you an itinerary of all the events that took place the next day. The food was excellent. They had some main staples that were on the buffet daily but they also changed it up […] a little bit too. Getting the all meals plan was a bonus. The Spa was beautiful and a very lovely atmosphere. The ladies were pleasant and it was nice to treat yourself on your stay. Their work was adequate and nice. Nothing spectacular. Games and sports were nice. It would have been a bonus if we weren't charged for pool, table tennis, miniature golf, etc. The miniature golf course was tough to play on. The course needed some repairs. It was old but an interesting course and very challenging. The resort was a little too far away from most of the tours. We spent 4 to 6 hours commuting roundtrip in a day just to do one tour. It seems that most of the tours were on the North side of the island. We were always exhausted from the bus rides. My wife and I had an amazing time in Warwick Fiji Resort & Spa. Friendly staff and always helpful, together with yummy restaurants. Downsides were the price of food in restaurants and the condition of some of the beach gear (such as windsurf and snorkeling). Definitely worth destiny!

We have four children and specifically requested rooms together and were guarenteed this before we went and on arrival they said they couldn't do that. We could not get clean towels all week. The pillow cases were damp and musty. Food was Ok.

We went to Fiji to find a venue and plan our wedding for next year, as my fiancé had never been to Fiji. I have a lot of very happy childhood memories from staying at the Warwick with my family, so we decided to use the Warwick as our base and also explore other venues. We did go to a few other resorts, but quickly realised there was no where else we wanted to get married - the Warwick was our number 1 choice and we are booked in for August next year. We stayed at Naviti Resort for three days, we had asked for a ocean view room and a king/queen size bed. Unfortunately when we were put into a room, the bed size was double and no ocean view. We were moved to another room which had the same issue and then moved again once more to a room that had a queen size bed, but still no ocean view room. Naviti […] had not communicated to us that their ocean view room was not available due to a fire that had occurred earlier in November, we had received confirmation that Warwick would take us and we would have an ocean view room, then all of a sudden this changed and we were back at warwick. Staff there have no clue on what was happening, while staff were nice enough to greet you with Bula and Vinaka, that is all we heard, there was no quality in their service, they were like headless chickens when we asked them simple questions like what time does your buffet open/close, what is in your seafood cocktail. Questions like this came with attitude problems from staff. We ate cold food at their bamboo restaurant, when it was not even busy. Our food was just sitting in the kitchen to be uplifted. It was a truly frustrating stay, and even after having raised complaints three times and writing a two page complaint letter asking for the Overall Manager of the two sister companies to make contact, nothing has happened. Highly disappointing. The Concierge Manager was meant to have gotten back to us, still no response. Read more

Enjoyed the beach and snorkelling. You don't have to go to an isolated island for snorkelling just come here and enjoy. The pool is 24 hours which is very convenient. The brekkie-included rate is a good deal really. The resort is very beautiful and there is a lot of fun activities to do all of the time. Most of the staff were very friendly (bar a couple at the beach desk). My only problem was that we didn't get the inclusive deal and the menu's at the restaurants only had the prices for the meals with people who did have the inclusive deal. There was nothing on […] the menus or in the restaurants that told us that our meal prices would be double if we didn't have food vouchers, we were quite surprised to find our bill was double what we expected (for average food) at the end of our dinner. We still would have eaten at these restaurants, however would have liked to know this info beforehand, either when we checked in, in the info book from our motel room, or at the restaurants. Our main aim for this holiday was to relax and we succeeded. However there were some disappointing aspects to the holiday. The service was rather inconsistent, and 'Fiji time' can get frustrating - It took us 5 days to get a coffee at breakfast! We would recommend taking snorkelling gear as it always took us several attempts to get sets from the beach […] office - it was well worth it though, the private lagoons are amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful - we didn't leave it the entire time. The restaurant food was great, and with so many choices it was good. The location is amazing however if we had come on this holiday to explore the island we would have been very disappointed as it is out of the way of everything and rather expensive to get anywhere. Lovely setting. Takes between one and a half and two hours to get there by car from Nadi airport which can be tiring for little ones. We were there during Aus school holidays and there was plenty to do. Besides the Kids Club, there is also a daily schedule of activities for both adults and children - ranging from coconut climbing demonstrations to scavenger […] hunts and building boats from coconut shells. The staff are wonderful with the children. There are plenty of options when it comes to food, but my advice would be to pack some snacks for the children. The rooms are ok. We stayed in a garden facing room which was great as the kids could run around on the grass and play. The rooms themselves are a bit tired, but if you are out all day (like we were) then it is not really an issue. Great holiday and would recommend the Warwick to any families travelling to Fiji. The staff at the Warwick were warm and friendly- we were holidaying with a 2 year old and staff made a conscious effort to make the enjoyable for the whole family. The location and beach were beautiful. The facilities in our room were getting old- the rooms could do with a re-vamp. This is a resort with plusses and minuses. Anyone thinking of going needs to balance these in their own decision making. Plusses: Activities every day at the resort for adults and, more importantly, for kids.... treasure hunts, egg hunts, soccer, touch rugby etc.. a real bonus for parents who want some time alone. Beautiful beach areas and nice pools. Comfortable, […] clean rooms (small by U.S. standards) Tennis courts, squash courts, fitness room etc.. all well maintained. Negatives: Their laundry service sucks! We met several families and all of us had the same experience... lack of towels for both the rooms and the poolside.. this happened most days and resulted in complaints from us as well as one family resorting to bribing the maids to go hunting for some! Sounds trivial.. in reality was a major issue! Food.. vastly expensive and of limited quality. The daily breakfast buffet and Friday 'Indian' buffets were and exception. The Tex-Mex buffet was the worst and costs $60 FJD per person. It's the middle of no-where.. good for the resort as most people spend their entire time there. Bad if you want to get out as (unless you have a hire car) you have to either taxi it or go on theorganised trips. An example of this.. local waterfall vist.. less than 10km from the resort (the closest trip). Go by car.. pay the local villagers an access fee = $14 FJD each. Go in a resort organised trip, which to be fair includes a light (sandwich) lunch = $90 each!! Make a considered choice!! Read more
