The Hermitage Hotel is right downtown in the heart of the city. It is a beautiful building with an GREAT bar, the Oak Bar. Staying in an old, well-kept place like that is an extraordinary experience.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hermitage. All the staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The Hotel was situated close to all the action and attractions. The amenities were excellent. The hotel has been beautifully restored.

I have just spent two and a half weeks in the U.S.. We stayed in six hotels in this time and chose them carefully, reading reviews and getting recommendations from friends. The Heritage Hotel in Nashville was the best hotel we stayed in. The rooms were lovely, the bathrooms the best by far of any of the others we stayed in and the staff were exceptional. […] The concierges Vicky and I think David? were our best friends in a strange city. They could not have been kinder or more efficient. The receptionists were also charming and went out of their way to help us. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.
