Loved the hotel and amenities. Hot tub timer needs work --- it came on when it wanted to, not when you told it too. Other than that I loved the room and the hotel and it had a great continental breakfast! I will definitely use this hotel again!

I had requested a room on the first floor, but ended up on the third floor. As long as there wasn't a fire, my disabled friend was fine with it. The breakfast was good. My only complaint, which is typical […] of any hotel I have stayed at in this area, is the large number of families that visit the pool. By that I mean, one family from the area rents a room and apparently calls everyone they know to come on over and enjoy the pool. Multiple children under five in the hot tub with no direct parental supervision. As long as they have a floatation device, it's good. The kids spend hours in the hot tub and rarely go in the pool. They kept bumping into us and stepping on our feet in the hot tub and never an apology or parental correctness. It's just frustrating - apparently I should just avoid the Auburn Hills corridor when booking a hotel room for enjoyment. Read more

Never have stayed at a friendlier hotel! The staff introduced themselves by name throughout our stay, greeted us warmly every time we entered the lobby and consistently asked if we needed anything. A wonderful place to stay, and a great value for the price!

We were very happy with the hotel staff. They went above and beyond when we forgot our wall chargers for our phone they let us borrow theirs for the night. During the night my little one got out of the room and they brought him back to our room. We came to find out though that even though the upper door latch was latched, my son still got out of the […] room because it did not catch. We were in room 309 so you might want to get that looked at. You also may want to invest in more pack n plays as we would have used one if it was available. Sheets had blood spots on them and found a few hairs in our bed when we pulled back the sheets. The room was big and roomy. The continental breakfast was a plus. The staff was friendly and location was ideal for our needs. The hotel itself was clean and nice looking.

We stayed two nights. Our room was not cleaned at all during our entire stay. The area is ok around the hotel, and the location worked well for what we were doing. There were loud unsupervised kids running around the pool. Our room was non-smoking and I believe our floor was, but it still smelt like smoke. Nice stay. Staff was friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. You could tell this used to be a boom town when the silverdome was still in operation but its kind of dead otherwise. we were in town for a concert and were hoping there would be some bars near by but there wasnt. otherwise great for the price.

I travel quite a bit and stay in many hotels for business. This was the least comfortable clean I have ever felt. The hotel had an overpowering odor, some stains on the walls and a general run down feeling. But the room was the largest issue. The bed had small hairs on it, and one of the pillows had clear makeup stains. It was loud and very uncomfortable. The shower was stained. I felt dirty being in the room. The breakfast the next morning was fine, but constantly out of things. The poor girl working it was running around like crazy trying to keep stuff stocked. On the plus side, the people were friendly and accommodating. For the price, this was just great. Breakfast, newspaper, and pool too. No complaints about the room. Had a fridge, microwave, plenty of space. Walls a little thin (neighbor noise late), but we were tired enough that it wasn't too bothersome. Already booked it foe my next visit.

Seven zero bucks for a nice room but do not expect anything more. Check in was a breeze as was check out. Hotels.com worked well and your hotel receipt comes from them not the hotel. Room was fine or better. Treadmill in exercise room was useless. Breakfast ends at 9am weekdays and not well stocked. OJ and apple juice were diluted to flavored water. […] Round 'eggs' and sausage for McMuffin type fare. Waffles. Whole milk only for cereal.
