We stayed here on our way to Florida. The room and staff were very nice. It's right off the interstate, so very easy to get to. We even rebooked this hotel before we left so we would have a place to stay on our way home. Breakfast was good and served til 10. We stopped here after 11.5 hours of being on the road from South Florida. We had another long day of driving ahead of us. Based on that, this was the best hotel in the world. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We did not use the pool. The rooms were very nicely sized.

Lovely hotel check in went well even upgraded our room so we weren't on the highway side. If you are traveling with a dog it is a great spot to stay.

We've stayed in Dalton before at a different hotel, and this stay was much improved in comparison. We were able to get a room facing away from the highway, on the second floor; this alone helped with some noise. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We were looking for a nice clean hotel at this exit that allowed pets. La Quinta is perfect. The overall appearance of the hotel and our room were excellent. We felt comfortable staying there and so did our pet. There is room around the hotel to walk your dog and feel safe. The only down side to the location is that rooms on the back of the hotel face […] the Interstate which has traffic all night long. We didn't notice it until we turned the television off and were able to sleep fine. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the front. Read more

I stayed at this hotel for a job interview at the request of my potential employer, since it was located next to campus. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. A nice breakfast was provided, with a variety of choices that were well maintained and had lengthy hours to accommodate different schedules for their guests. I actually stayed two […] nights, but in two different rooms, since my potential employer asked me to check back into the hotel and stay overnight after my interview, since I had a long drive ahead of me. Both rooms were comfortable and on the fourth floor, actually located right next to each other. The first one had some marks on the wall, the electrical outlets on the side of the desk didn't work, the toilet handle was a little loose, so that sometimes it continued to run and the heating unit was very loud. The second room was in better shape and didn't have any of the small problems listed from the first room. Overall my stay was enjoyable and the location was clearly convenient for my interview. I don't think the little things in the first room were a 'deal breaker' for me and I'd stay there again. Read more

Very nice and very clean hotel. Rooms and grounds very well kept. Nice neighbour next to Dalton College with sidewalks for evening strolls. We had our pets with us and found areas to walk them. Breakfeast was good. We will stay again.

The room was comfortable but the chairs need repair. The bed was outstanding and the room a comfortable temp. It was fairly quiet. Staff in the evening was very nice and helpful, and the lady in the AM was just OK.

It was a great hotel for the price. The room was spacious & well decorated. The beds had new & very comfortable pillow top mattresses & down type comforters. It was very clean & felt like some of the upscale hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. We tried to save money on the way down & stayed at America's Best Value […] Inn & it was awful. For $20 more, the La Quinta was magnificent. In Dalton, Georgia La Quinta Inn and Suites is along the side of I-75. Should I stay there again, I would ask to be placed on the front side of the Inn which would block the freeway noise.

The staff was GREAT. I was there only one night and they treated me like I was their favorite relative. Could not have picked a better place to stay. The road noise was a little loud but got use to it. If you travel with pets they are welcome too.

We stayed there on our way home to Ohio from Florida. The hotel was very clean and modern. The kids swam in the pool which was clean. The free breakfast had a wide range of items from which to choose. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has had a complete renovation, the breakfast was very good, room and furnishings were very nice. TV had all of the great channels if you have kids traveling with you. Would highly recommend.
