The A/C wasn't working when I arrived. They fixed it promptly. The toilet was loose and they never fixed it during a three day stay. The air freshner used by housekeeping could choke a horse. The non-slip surface in the tub looked dirty and was coming loose. Breakfast was average.

Well the housekeeping staff could use a lesson in manners and I could hear every time someone near my room slammed their door. Other than that...it was a nice stay and for the price I have nothing else to complain about.

No hot water and waited hours to get hot water to shower. Finally had to take a cold shower due to time. Treadmill was in bad shape and nasty with others old sweat. Room was clean and bed was fine.

toilet was stopped up when we got to room! it took 4hrs to get someone to unstop it and he was a young man who was a shuttle driver! no paper as advertised, very few cable channels, floor or carpet was worn and looked dirty.food bar was good ,wide variety of food.

At 11:00 PM the front doors were locked and opened via intercom. My initial reaction was "smart, good idea ". The clerk checked us in and made it a point to say that we should park out car in the most lighted spot we could find and remove all valuables. Now I'm starting to wonder if this was a smart choice. The biggest problem was finding the hotel. It is on a street that does not have a sign and the hotel is not visible from the road. Otherwise the room was large and well designed.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly or helpful.She acted like we were bothering her.It was the same clerk on checkout! I am taking time to write this but I had a worst experience at this hotel. They had a water breakdown early morning in the hotel and they turned off the water suppy in the entire hotel. People were calling from rooms and no one was available at front desk to answer call. Without brushing or facing face, we came downstairs to inquire and see the staff […] is cleaning floors and receptionist was wandering around. When i asked about when the water supply will be back as we waited for so long, her reply was I don't know. We asked about Mgr. who was also not available and finally inquire if they plan to move us some other hotels then answer was i don't know. They had no courtesy to apologize and they don't even care if people were waiting to leave for work or meetings. On check-out, i see few people were furious about this and were asking for refunds because they plans were cancelled because of this and the mgr. claims that they spend the night so cant do anything about it without thinking that spending night is not the only part of the stay and and you need to get going with the plan for which we spent money to come so far. The room and hotel service was adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Amenities were good. We found the hotel to be fairly comfortable. The only down side for our stay was the pillows. I am accustom to firm pillows and the pillows here are very flimsy and unsupportive. Sounds nit picky but that's the way it is. Also, being close to the airport does lend to some loud fly overs, but that is to be expected.

Very friendly staff. Welcoming smiles and a cheerful staff names for a good stay. Plenty of restaurants to choose from with in 1/4 mile. Great location. I will stay here anytime I am in town. Priced very reasonable (cheap). New beds and bed linings, very clean rooms. Do not mis the hot tube. I used every night I stayed and during the day.

The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. The hotel shows signs of wear. The furniture in our room had damaged hardware on a drawer. The fan and light on the same switch in the bathroom is inconvenient. The thermostat on the heating/cooling unit would be better if it was on the wall in the room. Upon checking in, we went to our room and saw that the bathroom overhead fan was missing. Just a big hole in the ceiling with cobwebs inside. Asked for another room which was speedily given. Hotel is a little tired and you could hear airplanes flying above, but okay for 1 night before early flight.

We got to 2nd room and it appeared to be ok. However next morning all my things in my luggage bag were soaking wet. Apparently the AC had been leaking for days. Even though my bags weren't writhing […] 3 feet of the unit, there was so much water that leaked that 1/3 or the rooms carpet was saturated. Therefore my clothes soaked up water from the floor. The people at the front desk were not overly friendly. The mattress was too soft. The pool was closed for maintenance. It would be nice if they would tell customers this before arriving; this is a disappointment for people who have plans on using the pool.
