I had a wonderful time in Paris. The rooms are efficient, modern and very clean. Very easy to get to Metro stations since its located between two stops. Highly recommend this hotel for the travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in a budget. I would definitely stay there again.

Brilliant hotel not far from a lot of the main streets and sights. We walked absolutely everywhere but enjoyed doing so as the weather was lovely and the cafes etc. we stopped at were excellent! Hotel staff polite, helpful and speak many languages which helps!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Sofitel Arc de Triomphe"
This hotel was good except for the concierge. We received incorrect information from him on a few occasions. He booked tickets to go up the eiffel tower for us and when we got there, they were tickets for only half way up!! He didn't ask us ( I don't think he knew) if we wanted to go to the summit or not. Another day, we went to a market and asked if […] it was a good one. He said yes, but when we got there ( a 45 min metro ride) it was closed!! He didn't know the hours. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut (ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Arc de Triomphe) entfernt. Eingangshalle, Bar und Restaurant sind sehr schön. Leider ist es so, dass sich der präsentierte Luxus nicht in den Zimmern vortsetzt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist eher alt, der Teppich hatte große Flecken, was optisch nicht schön war. Bad und WC lagen am jeweils anderen […] Ende des Raumes, was etwas unpraktisch ist. Die Dusche/Badewanne war relativ klein und die Badewanne sah nicht gerade einladend aus. Schon der Empfang (12 Uhr in der Nacht) von den zwei charmanten Nachtportieren war eine Wohltat nach der Reise. Da der vorab gebuchte Shuttle-Transfer eine Katastrophe war (1 Stunde Wartezeit und das mitten in der Nacht -nächstes Mal ein Taxi - nur 6 Euro teurer!), waren wir über den liebenswürdigen Empfang und die schnelle Abwicklung und Unterbringung […] in unser wunderschönes ruhiges Zimmer sehr froh. Frühstück gibts bis Mittag (Buffet mit 31,00 EUR m.E. etwas teuer - aber man kann auch für EUR 12,00 sehr lecker in der Hotelbar früstücken). Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann ohne Probleme zu Fuß oder mit Taxi, Bus oder Metro - alles nicht teuer - die Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Wir kommen sicher wieder in dieses Hotel. "sofitel arc de triomphe"
è un hotel molto carino. La nostra camera era un pò piccola ma il letto era fantastico! Era stracomodo, il miglior letto in cui ho dormito. C'era la tv e riuscivamo a vedere addirittura un canale della rai! Nella camera si trova tutto: phon, accappatoi, pantofole, bagnoschiuma e shampoo di una nota marca... Ogni giorno nella camera mettono sul comodino […] un mezzo litro di acqua naturale in regalo (a Parigi è un regalo gradito dato che nei ristoranti mezzo litro di acqua può costare anche 5 euro!). La posizione è molto comoda, a 3 minuti dall'arco di trionfo e a pochissimi metri dagli champs-elysée. Il personale è molto gentile e alcuni parlano addirittura italiano!
