I loved the location of the hotel. Very nice employees. Room very clean and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The only problem is the parking. It cost $39 for two days. And you have to walk a little. But no big deal. It was worth it.

Great spot and rooms are large. Breakfast was standard eyes and bacon. Pool was well maintained. Staff was eager to help. Housekeeping needs help. Only serviced room two out of seven days. Would stay again.

I stayed for 2 nights and I have no complaints at all... The hotel was updated and rooms were nice and clean, the staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was even pretty good! The location was great 1 block from beach and close near plenty of restaurants and stores! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on an overnight in before touring OSJ the next morning and heading out to the west coast. The was 9th floor with two queen beds. Although the hotel was recently renovated (the lobby, entrance, business center were all very nice and the bathroom fixtures all looked new) the carpet in the room looked old and worn. The room was clean, but […] there was quite a bit of street noise even with the balcony doors closed and the AC running. We stayed one Saturday night on the ninth floor in a partial ocean view room with two queen beds. We arrived late ~ 11:30 pm, and the whole Condado area was jumping with night life, which we expected and seemed kind of fun at checkin. Lots of energy. Streets packed with bumper-to-bumper traffic. Unfortunately, in the room we got a lot of noise from […] the street even with doors closed and the AC running. There were a lot of ghetto blasters in the street traffic, but the worst was a constant thumping bass which I *think* was coming from an all-night spinning shop below us. A very loud car alarm woke me at ~5:30 am. So, not so much sleep, but I didn't really expect that much to tell the truth. Although the hotel was recently renovated, the carpet in the room looked old and worn. The beds were okay, the mattresses were a bit hard. The continental breakfast was out of most food by about 8:50 am. The lobby was nice. The business center was very nice. Stayed five nights in early April 2013. Location is great; parking is a block away at a private lot. the lobby and public amenities such as the pool area are nice. The hotel staff was very courteous; they would send the cleaning staff when I requested it.--However, it's because I found the routine cleaning to be lax: They won't check coffee maker to […] dump out filter, won't vacuum even though she had vacuum and I requested it. Most important: Upon my arrival, I found the sheets had undoubtedly not been changed from prior guests --e.g. hairS in bedding (which was enough for me to want to change hotels, but I opted to I bring it to their attention and they changed them; had they been rude about it, then I would have left). I also found the balcony doors open, not just unlocked. A technician was sent upstairs to check and show me how to lock it. The room has nice amenities but some things still need upgrading; the towel bar kept falling, for example; had only one small garbage can, which was in the bathroom and the toilet wobbled. Read more

Great first impressions - lobby remodel was well done. Breakfast service was above average. Our floor hallway and room were re-carpeted and were clean. The walls (especially in bathroom) and ceilings show their age. Our balcony was dirty and one side of sliding glass doors was not working fortunately you can open either side. Balcony not big enough […] to really utilize but great area for storing and drying beachwear and the sliding glass door allow some for some really nice airflow into the hotel room. The place is in an excellent location. We did have a couple challenges...first of all we had booked for full ocean view as it was our honeymoon trip and we decided to splurge. Unfortunately when we got there this wasn't what we had been assigned. Our rate was adjusted. Unfortunately our room had a problem with the air conditioning system. It had made […] the entire wall soaking wet and generated a huge puddle in the carpet soaked. It couldn't be addressed at night but we were moved the next day. Overall the place is being redone and the gym is nice, breakfast in the morning was good but word to the wise get there early things run out.. Hopefully when all the renovations are done things will be in better order. So far they are on the right track but not totally there yet. Read more

Here are few reasons why i'm not happy with this hotel. 1. Room AC was not working and they were not able to fix it quickly. 2. We were not getting hot water in the shower. Also there was no other room available at that time. We were not able to go out that morning and totally ruined our plans for that day.

The hotel is brand new and well thought out. I did not see/feel one amenity was missing. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The price could be $20 lower because it is not on the beach and "Ocean view" is really through all the buildings in front of you, some of which are unsightly. The noise on that particular corner can also […] be bothersome but really didn't phase us. My only suggestion upon check-out was to do something about the sheets. They are either brand new or poor thread count because they felt like newspaper. We were there for the first or second week of it's re-opening. Everything is fresh and clean. Incredible views from the high floors. IHome ipod charges by the bed, new carpets and furnishings. Lots of space for the money. There is NOT a hot tub as we were told there would be, but that's OK. The courtyard pool is relaxing and sunny in the morning and […] early afternoon; after that it is shaded. This hotel is not on the beach, so we drove to Ocean Park and Luquillo for that. But it's right in the heart of Condado. Free breakfast includes bad coffee, cereals, little omeletes, etc. If you are picky, skip it and go to Starbucks around the corner. The location was great a quick little walk to the beach and casino, 24hr store across the street from the hotel, food and bars a stroll away.. I was personally disappointed my room was not serviced for 2 days the 1st day I let it slide but after the second day I was out of towels wasn't too thrilled complaining to front desk after a long day of sight […] seeing... There was only a trash can in the bathroom didn't help (brought back food and gifts no place to put trash)... Fridge and microwave were in closet one half is storage other is fridge safe and micro... View from the room was decent there are two towers north and south... Lobby was clean, never used the pool, gym, or business center... Staff was pretty helpful... I was most impressed by the breakfast manager making things happen and trying to get things right! He was asking how to make things better and had staff meeting to get it done right away... Best Western tiene un acuerdo de estacionar los carros de sus clients en el Hotel Condado que en carro es 10 minutos para llegar... asi que al dejar el carro alli tuvimos que caminar 20 a 25 minutos a pie y era tarde en la noche despues de un viaje de todo un dia. Sehr netter Service! Gute zentrale Lage. Im 12. Stockwerk ein sehr schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Hotel ist renoviert worden, aber nicht die Bäder, eher amerikanischer Standard. Leider sind noch die alten Fenster drin, daher ist es sehr laut am Wochenende, aufgrund nahe gelegenden open Air disco.
