We stayed here since all the hotels are booked in this tulip season. It is rated as a 4 star, but appearance seems to be a 2 star...no more than that. I travel frequently and I know what a 4 star hotel looks like. The hall way art decor is pretty weird with some strange paintings. The room is comfortable and quiet. They charge a fee for everything including the return shuttle 5 euros per person. The staff is friendly.

Did not have a restaurant for dinner but one was available in a nearby Crowne Plaza hotel. Breakast was included and was very good. Very reasonable price for at hotel at Schipol. Shuttle from airport to hotel is free but return costs 7.50euro

We had a beautiful room and the hallways were like walking through a bedroom without the beds. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking great under the hotel... coffee and tea in the room was great after the day's adventure...A full breakfast was much appreciated....wish we had more time here....would definitely recommend this hotel.

Situated in the heart of The Hague, Mercure Den Haag Central is within walking distance of Stadhuis and Binnenhof. Also nearby are Escher Museum and Noordeinde Palace.

"Great Experience"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Den Haag. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, and the bar staff was top notch. Also, I got the room+breakfast deal. Breakfast was freaking awesome. Maybe it's because I'm an American used to very little food at breakfast, but this place had everything. Smoked salmon was my favorite. The breakfast […] buffet had many many different items to choose from, and they were all good. Nothing was bad (I tried a lot!) I highly recommend the place. The location is good - roughly halfway between both major transportation hubs (10min walk each); or rent a bike like I did from a nearby shop. If you're bored in the evening and you have a plaza view, you can watch the strange drunk youth congregate on the steps. Stayed here 3 times now. The service is great. Rooms simple and very clean. Ask for a room with a view of the plaza. Just 10 minute walk from Central Station, the Mercure is close to huge variety of restaurants, shops and culture. Spui and Lucent Theatres are right out the front door. "Good All Round Hotel"
Good standard hotel with pleasant staff and easy to access from the train station either walking or by tram also a short walk to museums and other places of interest . Rooms are a good size and clean with a few extras to make your stay a comfortable one .

The Mercure Den Haag Cental is nicely located for access to transport and to restaurants, shops, etc. A nice hotel with good amenities and overall great value for money.

The room was beautifully clean and the beds were super comfy. We needed that after a long trip. The bathroom was also spotless. There was no street noise either! The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. We would love to stay again!

Excellent location. Easy 5 min walk to Central Station and easy access to trams to Scheveninghen. Convenient carp park. Access by road requires GPS or a very alert passenger. Mercure does not have a big sign, so you are past it on the corner (on the first arrival by car) before you realise. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok. There are […] many restaurants within easy walk. Beware the nearby cafes - they shut very early and waitresses not always friendly. So, walk ~ 10 min and you will find many good restaurants. "Hotel Mercure - very central location"
Great location in Den Haag, close to the railway station, trams to Delft and the shopping centre was a 5 minute walk. Hotel clean, comfortable and excellent walk in shower cubicle. Only downside hotel towels were a bit small, so go prepared.

"Perfekt placering og super service"
Hotellet ligger meget centralt og personalet er meget imødekommende og serviceminded. Eneste detalje der virker uhensigtsmæssig, er at der ikke er en dør der lukker tæt mellem værelset og toilettet.

"Great hotel situated in the heart of Den Haag"
The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Den Haag. It is less than 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping area, cozy night life, museums and there is even a cinema across the street. The Den Haag Central Station is only 10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel room is good sized with a nice double bed .We chose a room with a shower, and what a nice […] shower it was ( it is also possible to get a room with a bathtub). Our room had a table where we could sit an eat since we chose to have some take away one evening. The hotel staff was very kind and serviceminded, we will use this hotel the next time we come back to Den Haag. If this hotel is booked then book a room at Eden Babylon next to Den Haag Central Station also a very nice hotel and they have the best beds EVER!!! Read more

Können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage: mitten im Zentrum von Den Haag. Straßenbahn und Touristeninfo direkt vor der Haustüre. Ca. 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno presso l'Hotel Mercure, a Den Haag. Ciò per tre validi motivi. 1.personale molto affidabile, gentile e premuroso; 2.ubicazione, a pochi minuti di cammino dalla Stazione centrale; 3.camera ampia, pulitisima, bagno modernissimo con vano doccia altrettanto ampio;

"Hotel Mercure in het centrum van Den Haag"
En weer stelde Hotel Mercuur ons niet teleur. Prima bedden in een nette rustige kamer, vriendelijk personeel, op loop afstand van het station, goed ontbijt. Wat wil een mens nog meer, wij waren in ieder geval weer uitermate tevreden.

Ret ucharmerend og karakterløst moderne hotel. Det trækker meget fra, at man i dette tilfælde først kunne komme ind på værelset ved 16-tiden, selv om man dukkede op ved 10.30-tiden. Ligging dicht bij het centrum +/- 800m van het Binnenhof. Bioscoop 200 mtr. Prima plek als uitgangspunt voor shopping. Nette kamers, modern en strak, goede kussens en matras. Keuze tussen kamer met douche of bad. Uitstekend ontbijt, met veel keuze. Tram voor de deur. Mooi uitzicht over de stad, raam kon gelukkig open, en we namen het geluid van het […] verkeer voor lief. Mercure is een prima hotel midden in het centrum van Den Haag. De auto hebben we (met korting door het inleveren van de parkeerkaart bij de receptie) in de parkeergarage vlakbij het hotel gezet en verder hebben we of per voet of per tram gereisd. Prima hotel, met vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Kamers zijn keurig en schoon, ietwat steriel, maar perfect voor een paar nachtjes. Temperatuur op de kamer was erg hoog, daar zou men echt iets aan moeten doen. Wel airco aanwezig.
