Hotel seemed very classy, nice decor in the room, etc, BUT: no wifi in the rooms, and wired internet and lobby wifi were not working for a large portion of our 3-day stay, and the staff blamed their ISP for not being responsive -- such nonsense, as if it weren't the hotel's responsibility to use a decent ISP. Lack of internet is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a […] modern business hotel. Also, there were some very strange design elements in the bathroom: a shower shield that didn't stop the water from escaping the bathtub; a sink with a shelf directly over it so that you couldn't wash your face or brush your teeth normally. And a major-league leak in the bathroom faucet: turn it on and it shoots a jet of water sideways against the wall. Excellent location, just out the front doors of the main train station and the room was ready even though I arrived at 10AM. So, take what I say with a grain of salt. The thermostat acted of it's own accord and could not be raised above 20.6 C. The room was only partially cleaned on each of two days that I returned after work. Once, the room was not […] vaccuumed and the counters and toilet were not cleaned. The second day the trash was not removed and neither were the dirty coffee dishes. The soap dispenser kept falling off the wall, even after staff came to fix it. And on my day of departure, my wake up call was an hour early. Never again. Very mediocre at best. The parking lot was a block away, and hauling bags in the cold driving rain was no fun. Slippers and robes promised on booking.com. Not in our room. Well connected for public transport. Impossible if you come with a car. Business center the pits, with freezing computers and an internet slower than a lame turtle, horrible. And the rooms are so dark I couldn't anything in my black suitecase.

Tub in bathroom had no "anti-slip" in it and was extremely dangerous. When checking out we were required to pay "tourist tax", a daily tax, eventhough we pre paid hotel including tax. This was an unpleasant surprise. Location is great.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - close to the central station and the town centre. The rooms are not particularly big, but very stylishly decorated. I was particularly impressed when the front desk staff was able to fix an internet connection problem for me at 10 o'clock at night.

I arrived late in the evening from Berlin but I found this hotel in an excellent location right next to the Den Haag Centraal train station. It is a quiet neighbor hood at night, but is only a short walk to restaurants, museums, etc. The room curtains are really dark to help you sleep in in the morning(during the Summer it is light past 10:00 and the […] sun is up before 6:00. The staff is friendly and helpful. The internet in the lobby is fast and there are PC stations to use. My room internet cable jack was broken, but there was still a usable wi-fi signal. This hotel has only recently joined the Eden chain, so there are some small changes in process. My only complaints are: Light bulb in the separate toilet room was out. I stay here whenever I visit Den Haag for business and I have to say that this hotel provides the most value for the money. Convenient, clean, modern, good service, etc. 5 min walk from Den Haag Central, which means you can pretty much get anywhere in Den Haag and the Netherlands out your back door. Well as business hotels go this is pretty standard. The rooms are pretty nice, not as good as a Crowne Plaza but way better than a Travel Lodge/IBIS! One thing to note is that WiFi is not available above the 2nd floor( first floor of rooms). It is only available in the ground floor (lobby) and first floor (conference & dinning room). Above these floors […] its a wired connection. Car parking is not part of the hotel package and the nearest is the Q-park, which is underneath the building complex and has a lift service to the Den Haag Central station (next door). If you want to be in the centre of Den Haag and are using rail, or air transport to arrive then this is the perfect hotel. Read more

This is basically a centrally located business hotel next door to Central Station and therefore convenient for trains to Amsterdam and Schipol, but also to the centre of the Hague.
