The hotel was under a lot of construction. There was only one place to eat that was very expensive. We were told there was a free shuttle to the cruise line which there was not. The hotel told us to use the city bus line or pay $13 per person to get to our ship. We were told we could have early check in on the day of our return and we were not allowed to check in until 3 pm when the ship arrived at 8 am. Would not recommend this hotel

"High price for small size room."

It was a high price for a small room for 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 8 yrs olds) All little on the old side as well. It was very clean but a little warn out. The staff was very friendly. We would have liked a breakfast included or larger room for the money paid.

"Very comfortable hotel"

The service was nice, the room was great, the outdoor pool was very refreshing. But, our bathtub was damaged and maintenance could not fix it immediately. We survived and the staff was most helpful.

Hotel was very comfortable, Castle and Elephant restaurant was convenient, wonderful food and great location at boat marina.
