la forma en que está construido el área de cuartos, es sumamente ruidosa, ya que cualquier ruido o voz de otro huésped te despierta, lástima

Excelente habitacion la suite que nos dieron, muuuuyyy amplia, vista espectacular, la alberca super y el restaurante de lo mejor igual que el servicio, lo recomendamos 100%
La habitacion huele a viejo...las toallas muy malas, pero todo lo demas esta bien para una noche, maximo!
las instalaciones abiertas del hotel, como la alberca, el restaurante, las areas verdes, y el spa estan super bien. los cuartos convendria hacerles una remodelacion, porque aunque estan muy limpios ya se ven algo viejos. el personal del hotel super atento y muy amables y ademas de gran ayuda

"Sehr weit abgelegen und im 70er Jahre-Stil"
Dieses Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Palenque, d.h. ohne Mietwagen oder Taxi kommt man eigentlich nirgends hin. Es ist auf 5*-Hotel ausgerichtet, zumindest von den Preisen für alle Dienstleistungen her. Das Hotel selbst entspricht dem Anspruch jedoch nicht, da es doch sehr kalt und unromantisch wirkt.

chambre confortable, restaurant correct, hotel mignon et piscine agreable. Un petit peu a l'oppose du site archeologique mais a recommender malgre tout !!! Bruit de la jungle assuree !!!!
