Convenient location, close to the main railway station and stores. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel. Windows provide good noise insulation. No coffee makers in the room. AC system failed in one of our rooms and we were moved to another room after a couuple of days with the broken AC.

This was a nice hotel, but could do with some investment in the repainting of rooms and some other upkeep. I have paid less for better rooms in Europe, but the staff were pleasant and everything we needed was close.

Great location for travellers coming to Graz by train as the hotel is just over the road and very convenient to the local trams into the old town. The room was modern and clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and warm days however our room facing the busy street had no airconditioning. On enquiring […] as to when it would be fixed I was told "next month". Great :/ The nights were a little noisy due to the window facing the street having to be open to get some air into the room. グラーツ駅の真ん前に位置し、電車での移動に便利です。 旧市街からは距離がありますがトラム乗り場もすぐそばです。 建物は非常に近代的で水回りもキレイでした。 ルームサービスは一切行っていないようで、 お湯が欲しい時は少々厄介でした（自分でロビー、もしくは朝食会場から運ぶ）。 せめて部屋にポットがあれば便利なのにな、と思いました。

Gutes Hotel in super Lage am Hauptbahnhof (80 Meter Entfernung), von dort ist eine optimale Weiterfahrt mit S-&Straßenbahn garantiert. Der Service im Hotel an der Rezeption war 1a. Sehr entgegenkommend, durfte wegen Gepäckverlust Airline sogar von der Rezeption aus kostenfrei ins Ausland telefonieren. Kostenfreies WLAN auch auf den Zimmern, gute schnelle […] Anbindung. Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questo hotel come punto di appoggio in un viaggio verso Vienna. La posizione è non molto distante dal centro di Graz (20 min a piedi). Inoltre è situato vicino a fermate dei mezzi pubblici e alla stazione. Hotel, Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal - alles OK, einziger Mangel: Die Klimaanlage arbeitete in der 2. Nacht nicht mehr. Da Hotel gegenüber dem Bahnhof liegt, besteht bei offenem Fenster Geräuschebelästigung.

Saubere Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt. Hatte ohne Fühsück gebucht, daher keine Auskunft über Verpflegung mgl. Sauna tägl. 16-22Uhr. Kein Fitnessraum. Als Geschäftsreise absolut ausreichend. Verkehrstechnisch günstig gegenüber Hbf, etwas laut. Innenstadt zu Fuss etwa 10min.

Ein gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Grazer Zentrum, aber die Versorgung mit Öffis ist sehr gut. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist erschwinglich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof. Parkplätze im benachbarten Parkhaus sind günstig. Sehr sauber war das Badezimmer. Trotz vorheriger Befürchtung war es trotz geöffneter Fenster nicht sehr laut.

Ich musste trotz 2Reservierter und Bezahlter Zimmer, eines an der Rezeption nehmen da anscheinend nur eine Reservierung enigetroffen ist. Geld zurück hoffe ich mal für das eine Unbenutzte Bezahlte Zimmer!? Kühlschrank meines Zimmers war nicht abgetaut und somit nicht Gekühlt.

La zona è tranquilla nonostante sia ma molto ben servita dai mezzi; noi abbiamo solo pernottato una volta in camera a 3, la sconda volta in camera a due. Le camere erano molto spaziose, fantastico il bagno, personale molto gentile, ottima la pulizia.
