Friendly, competent staff, beautiful public spaces, great location if you're attending a conference at the Washington Convention Center. Room was a bit dated, had no safe or fridge, merely adequate bathroom.

Slightly difficult to find at first, but nicely updated and clean. Was very surprised that the kitchen was clean - you can just never be sure about public kitchens, but all of the appliances and surfaces throughout the room were clean. Hotel location is decent (obviously depends on what you are visiting for), but be mindful that it is on an airplane path (for Reagan) - its completely silent at night, but in full action starting at 6-7am.

It was comfortable and the hotel was nice. The Hotel was at a nice spot.

Conveniently near the airport, TownePlace Suites Marriott Dulles Airport is in the heart of Sterling and area attractions include Reston Town Center, National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, and Reston National Golf Course. Additional area attractions include Reston Zoo and Lake Fairfax Park.

"Great Front Desk Support"
The front desk is awesome. Unfortunately I had a yapping dog in the room next to me but other then that, it was a great place to stay.
"TownPlace Suites Dulles - No frills, but decent"
Our family of 6 stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites the night before flying out of Dulles for a week long spring vacation. The suite was a bit tight for 6 people, 2 teenagers on a puulout couch is a bit snug, but it works. The room did not have linens and blankets for the pullout and did not have any extra blankets or pillows. The hotel staff was […] very friendly and was prompt at getting us what we needed. It was late when we got in, so I was just frustrated that we had to ask. Decent little breakfast buffet makes getting the kids fed and moving in the morning quick and free. I left my car at the hotel during our trip. The savings in parking covered most of the cost for the room. Well worth the hassle/risk of trying to drive in that morning (I've lost that bet before). Shuttle service is great to get you from Hotel to airport is great. Returning from the airpport to pick up the car in the wee hours of the am was bad. I ended up getting a taxi ($20 for 6 people). I would recommend for families looking for a decent, no frills, low cost stay near the airport. Read more

Excellent place to stay. Not a whole lot around the hotel, but a short drive will get you to just about anything.

Even though there is little in walking distance of our hotel, we are conveniently located about 2 minutes from the Dulles International Airport along with being in close proximity to the Dulles Town Center Mall, The Leesburg Outlets and numerous golf courses and wineries located within Loudoun County.
