The hotel clerks were excellent but the maid service left a little to be desired. The bathroom was a little small to maneuver around in. However, there was plenty of parking and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Horrible Customer service~Room didn't get clean, dishwasher didn't work, beds didn't get made. NOT only that but we didn't have a tv in each room like it specified. VERY LOUD road noise. We travel for a living and picked this room for the convenience and tv's to be in each room. The room was REALLY small..Just pay extra and stay at the Residence locations. […] Breakfast had no hot food at all. Only dry and cold offered. Same thing every day. For a long term stay they should switch it up. Do not recommend. When asked about he noise issue and tv issue they just said nothing they can do they are short on tvs. When asked about why the dishes weren't getting done they said, they didn't know. Like many other hotels, it provides a pack-n-play (not a full-size crib). The room is relatively small to put the crib in the room. Morning breakfast is grab-and-go style. Not too fancy though. We stayed for 4 nights, the room was not cleaned the next day for twice...

This hotel was great, especially for the price. It was spacious and clean. The only thing I found displeasing is the when you first enter the building where we stayed, it had a pungent, stale, old smell to it. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family vacation.

A little hard to find but it's isolation also made it quiet. The hotel was at a very convenient location with access to RT 70 and RT 6. Breakfast each morning was very good. We have two kids 6 and 9. The 2 bedroom suite was fabulous for our week long stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The evening desk clerk sent us to Chad's Grill for dinner we ate there three times during our stay. The pool was a welcome oasis after RMNP and sightseeing. If we're ever out that way again we'll definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Large suite was excellent and situated in a corner. 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa gave each of my kids their own space. loved the 'suite' aspect - made it feel like we were staying at a friend's condo rather than a hotel; location was perfect for our purposes (attending a concert a Red Rocks, shopping at Colorado Mills, attending exhibit at Denver Art Museum downtown) - very close to I-70 on west side of Denver, with a great restaurant nearby (Simms Steakhouse); easy […] to get around to all these sites with the streets in the area, but hotel was very quiet (no street noise noticeable), in what felt like a 'residential-type' neighborhood rather than 'hotel-row'. Everything was great. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was well cleaned and the overall hotel was much better than I had anticipated. Our stay was quite pleasant and the location was great. The front desk provided excellent service and most helpful in providing directions to attractions and shopping locations. The free cookies in the p.m. was a winner! The pool was also a plus. Would go back if given the chance!
