Toilet did not flush properly. Handle kept sticking. When we got there, there was a cheaper room available. Since I had booked on line, I was told that even if they switched me to another room the charge would be the same (or at least that was what they told me).

Friendly and courteous staff! Grab and go breakfast offered a variety of items. Love the prices for a two bedroom suite, very good for traveling with teens! A most definite will stay again in the spring when we go back!!!

Family trip with 4 adults and 2 children. Reserved a 2 bedroom and was satisfied with the room and the pool. It was nothing fancy, but for the price was good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing (nothing hot) it was cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, milk, cereal bars and oatmeal, but the quality was good.

Far enough off the main road to be very quiet. Secured building entries and only one way in and out of the parking lot gave us a very secure feeling. The kitchen was stocked with Corelle dishes (not plastic), drinking glasses (glass not plastic), stainless-steel cookware, cork screw, low-end value flatware, and one steak knife for all cutting. The […] stove top heating elements were not fitted properly so pans did not sit flat. The dishwasher and refrigerator were perfect. Did not use the stove or microwave. The daily temperature highs were well over 100 during our stay and our room was very cool the whole time. The bathroom was small but adequate and very clean. A shelve for our personal items would have been welcomed. The toilet handle would stick occasionally and had to be wiggled to stop running (this and the stove are the reason for the 4 rating for maintenance). The room appeared clean and fresh; however, we found an empty water bottle in a corner next to an end table (the reason for the 4 rating for cleanliness). The only inconvenience was a day long outage of the water system due to city work, which we cannot blame the hotel for. Other than this, we enjoyed the stay. The rooms were cleaned very well everyday and the desk staff was friendly and always willing to provide information. What more could you possibly need?

This was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable with nice fresh smelling fluffy pillows. The Kitchenette was better than I expected, supplied with everything we needed. The "grab and go" breakfast supplied our basic breakfast needs. I can recommend this Marriott owned property. The ratio between value and cost is excellent. I think it should be rated higher than 2stars. I would not hesitate to stay there again. There is very poor signage for finding it. just turn off Zumbehl between Mcdonald's and the Golden Corral.

Very good service and the mini-suite was just what we needed. Thank God for a real refrigerator and a coffee-maker that makes more than 1 cup at a time! The cleaning staff was a little under-par, but they were certainly friendly! We will definitely come back again!

Neither my husband nor I have ever stayed in a Towneplace Hotel. We were both pleasantly surprised and the convience of having 2 bedrooms was fabulous. My only complaint would be that a sign should be placed on the street to allow travelers to know they are near the hotel. We were a little put off by the smoking area for employees being right at the entrance to the lobby. All the employees were very friendly. Breakfast was just cold cereal, packaged baked goods, yogurt and some bananas. Our room was quiet, a bit small for a 4 day stay (if there had been more than two of us in the room it would have been an issue.) I regularly look for and stay at TownePlace Suites when I travel. I have always found them to be clean, spacious and in very nice neighborhoods. This one was no different. But it was not easily seen from the road. I couldn't see the sign on the building until I was right in the parking lot.

Once we found the place, it was a good experience.The extra late check in time was a great thing for us as we did not check in until after 10 PM. People were polite and friendly. We found the room to be cozy but not cramped, not for the two of us. Not that used to having a small kitchen in the room. The bed was not too soft and not too hard as both my wife and I were able to sleep well through the nite.We would have appreciated the room and the layout more, if we could have stayed more nites.
