My husband uses a walker to get around, The room we had was too small, so we were given another which was a little better.

Iv stayed here several times and never really had to many problem, but I have to say the evening lady that worked at the front desk was awful, very bad attitude with me. I was so shocked that she could be so rude!

My Husband and I and our 3 year old daughter stayed at this hotel for 1 night as we attended a family reunion in the area. The hotel was actually really decent, beds comfortable, rooms clean etc. The location was good as there were restaurants within walking distance to grab a de-licious breakfast in the morning! (I recommend the crock and block buffet). […] Although the hotel had one of those complimentary breakfasts where you can get muffins/cereal etc. and that looked appetizing too. The only complaint I have, which I know is not entirely the hotels fault, is the level of noise in the middle of the night!!! I find that at 2 a.m. in most hotels you get woken by some late partiers coming back to their rooms because they don't know how to keep it down for others. Which is fine, but they literally carried on for an hour having a 'room party' or something. We had to call and complain to the front desk and it seemed like shortly after it quieted down. It was annoying that it had to come to us calling the front desk, why can't the hotel make rounds and notice this riff raff themselves and do something about it? "Hotel Problems"
Change the beds. feels like sleeping on the floor More supervision on the floors. Getting waking up at 230am every night by other people in the hotel partying in the hallways.

Nice service but breakfast should be longer hour offer later for people that are their to relax should be until 11:00 a.m. but overall really statistied.

Our stay was okay, I made the mistake of taking a smoking room because this was all that was available at the time, room smelled bad which made sleeping not good, tried to rent a movie only to find the one we wanted to watch did not work they credited our account. Pool and hot tub could use a cleaning but it was okay. We stayed another night but got […] a new non smoking room which was great, we tried to rent another moive only to find this did not work either but they credited us for it. Hotel staff very co-operative and friendly and helpful. We felt welcome with our pet and the room was convenient to the outside. We enjoyed our stay and would be returning in the future. It gave us a quiet and restful time away from home.

Key cards never worked. Hotel has a very musty smell and we received conflicting information from the front desk staff on room charges.

During our stay, the fire alarm was set off at 2:00 a.m. There was no hotel staff in the hallways to direct people on what was happening or outside making sure that people were actually leaving the hotel. Turns out it was a person smoking in the hallways. There was absolutely no apologies for any inconvenience and the incident was not even mentioned, […] it was up to clients to ask what had happened. Very satisfied with everything. This hotel was central to our travels in the Georgian Bay area.
"Close to hwy and shopping but positives end there"
The staff were friendly and helpful but hotel was quite noisy at night, mattress uncomfortable and air conditioning loud frequently turning on and off. Ran out of parking when I arrived late one night...staff helpful but an inconvenience.

Room was clean and service was top knotched!
Light outside room was burnt out and not replaced. The outside door lock did not work and we had to walk around to another door. I work and have a maintenance business and believe this property needs better care. Inspections should be done daily and repairs made. We stayed there during the week so the maintenance person should of attended to these problems. Another […] thing that I found strange that when the cleaning staff arrived in the morning they went straight to the coffee machine and took bagels eggs etc. and there were two paying customers standing waiting to get coffee. Excellent stay, but maintenance needs to be kept up with shower facilities. Good location, but lots of travel right at the exit on occasions.
Great location. Friendly front desk staff and a nice breakfast with lots of choices. Quiet room with wi-fi was a plus. Only complaint is that the halls smelled very smoky.

On the weekends they might as well put a DJ booth and serve beer. Bunch of people stay there and drink all nite and are rowdy in the hall ways. If your a business professional stay somewhere else.

This is a very comfortable hotel - very close to the highway and restaurants and shoping. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. It is good value for the traveller.
