"Couldn't do it."
Got to the hotel and it looked kind of nice in front but when we got to the room we were in for a real treat! First, there were a couple of people by what I imagine was the manager's apartment, smoking and playing loud hip-hop music. I don't care what you listen to as long as you don't impose it on me. The pool, I notices, was empty on a hot July day. […] I guess I have low standards but, so far, I could have lived with it for the price. Then we went inside. Big black marks about shoulder high on one wall, water pressurethat splashed up like a fountain in the sink, beds as hard as rocks that were accompanied by thin, lifeless and, no doubt ancient pillows, holes in the curtains and just a general dingy feel about the place. How's that for a run-on? Needless to say, I went back to the office to check out. My standards might be low, but not that low. I recomend the Super 8. ten bucks more and well worth it. Read more
