It is a good place to stay if your looking for a clean room and a comfy bed for the night. The hotel was doing renovation, so the halls were messy. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is close to downtown Cleveland if your looking for entertainment for the night.

Receptionist was unfriendly and check in was cold. Hotel is being remodeled and the place around the lobby area was dissheveled and covered in trash and debris, piled high with new furniture in plastic and plastic cover sheets were hung everywhere. Getting to my room was a nightmare - all the in room safes were piled up against the wall in the stair […] area. My room was quite good - very clean, large and spacious. There was some hardware in one of the drawers but no big issue with that. WiFi was convenient and mostly good. TV is old but channel selection was fine. Check out was perfunctory - the clerk was nowhere to be found so I rang the bell and he showed up about 2-3 minutes later. I will not stay there again. The hotel is upgrading the rooms and hallways. we had to walk through an active construction area to get to our room. Not all exits were free and clear. Our room itself was in reasonable condition except the towel rods etc were not up in the bathroom. There was lipstick on one of the pillow cases when we arrived.

They got my room wrong. I had requested a King and I was given 2 twins. When I mentioned about this, they told me that they did not have any kings left. This was bad. However, they upgraded me to the suite which was more expensive, for free. This was good. The hotel was under renovation, which was not made known to me when I made my reservation. There was furniture in every hallway. The desk clerk was so busy chatting about bingo and card games that she initially ran my credit card under someone else's reservation upon checking in. It was exactly what we wanted. A low cost, clean and convenient hotel room. The service was fine and the room was comfortable. The one negative I would say was that when you walk in there is a musty odor in the lobby. BUT that was not the case in the room.

The hotel was a bit smelly in the hallways, but the room itself was nice and clean. The hotel staff could have been friendlier and were not very accepting of the idea of two women sharing a king bed. But as they say, you get what you pay for.

A very nice stay. Clean room and bathroom (although there was no drain plug in the sink). Stayed there for its short distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and a good price. Continental breakfast with bagels, cream cheese, muffins, cereal, milk, coffee, orange juice, apple juice.

The continental was very disappointing. There was not much of a variety in food, coffee did not taste good. The hotel has definitely seen better days.

The toilet seat was falling off. The heater seemed to only blast heat - I had to keep turning it off. "Breakfast" was dry cereal, juice, milk and instant oatmeal. Whatever else was gone before it was over.

So if you are thinking of booking this hotel you are looking for something cheap. That it is. You get what you pay for. The owner let us in early ( like 10 am) which was great. It's in a nice neighborhood so we felt safe. The room was clean and did not have an odor. The value was excellent overall. I had a no smoking room, but had burn holes in my blankets. I had two double beds, but couldn't see the tv from one of the beds. Towels were plentiful but thin and scratchy. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to local drugstore which has some groceries.

Nice neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. Easy parking, CVS 5-10 minute walk away. Went to Browns game and always stay here. Less than 5 miles to the stadium. Usually the most economical option for the area. Days Inn a block over is comparable. Continental breakfast is included, so that's a plus. Would stay again.

I wasn't expecting much and I wasn't disappointed. It's good for one night. I don't think I would stay here for any extended period but for an inexpensive place to lay your head, it works. The location was very nice, the neighborhood turned out to be fantastic...though we had reservations at first. My sister and I were visiting Cleveland and just going to stay the night. The location was close to downtown, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel. As soon as we walked into the hotel, the aroma of lysol masking whatever it was (maybe cigarettes?) was overwhelming. When we checked in, the hostess seemed annoyed and like we were bothering […] her. She was also a little creepy, kind of reminded me of the guy from 'Psycho.' Then when we got to the room it seemed fine at first, but then I found a bug in my bed. And there were weird pink stains on one of the walls and in the bathroom. Everything just gave the place a scary vibe so we decided not even to stay and just forfeit the money. And we have pretty low standards and have stayed in some interesting places.
