Wifi access sucked, ads said it was free but that's if you could receive a signal. They were only running 20 mbs on a non secured network. Breakfast service was outstanding!!!!!

You know the bed is bad when every time you roll over...different fingers are numb. It had lumps and the mattress was so old it had literal springs that creaked. Upon arrival motel did not look like pictures. Hotel clerk very pleasant but wanted to put us upstairs when hotel was literally empty. Room was xtremely small. Bathroom smaller. The kicker was the towels were do thin they had one side. Room was clean though, not made for more then a one night pit stop. i guess we got what we paid for.

staff was very friendly and accomidating, we required 2 beds, downstairs (due to a handicap) and had our dogs, so we were a kind of "special case" plus we had a truck/trailer which we had plenty of room to park. we only stayed for one night, the room was a little small, but comfortable. everything was clean but there were some old what looked like stains […] from previous mold in a few spots in the bathroom, maybe a coat of paint might make it look fresher but the room was very clean, again these were stains, they were on the celling in the bathroom. i LOVE that they allowed us to bring or dogs!! it was nice to be able to bring our 4 legged family with us :) lots of choices for food very close, within walking distance which was nice! thanks for having us, we will be sure to stay with you again on our next trip to OR Read more

Very nice staff. showed up early and needed to get dressed for a wedding. they moved things around to get us into our room early. For an older hotel in shows it has been taken care of. Is it brand new NO but you know how some older hotels show if they are just trying to make money today or plan to be around a while well this one is trying to keep it […] together. It's a motel, and with that level of expectations it was fine. The only issue was that when I tried to turn on the heater it set off our room's fire alarm, but besides that it was reasonably clean, the beds were comfortable, and it came with everything you'd expect a motel room to include.

The pool was freezing, not able to use it. Breakfast was the worst selection any place we have ever stayed and the smallest breakfast room on record. The room was nothing outstanding. Won't stay here again.

When I arrived, I was given a room that was on the back corner of the building. (Room 227) There was nobody staying even close to me. It was a long way to the pool. I asked for a room that was closer to the pool, but the employee said that all of the rooms were taken. The motel was about 10-20% occupied for that weekend. The room was clean and we appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. But, the bed was most uncomfortable, and we had virtually no sleep. It was extremely hard and the pillow was very flat. The location was great, and the room was very clean, which is important.

Hotel was good for the price. Only staying two nights and didn't need alot of ammenities. Breakfast not fantastic variety but sufficient. Housekeeping service each day good. Front desk staff good. Easy to find off Hwy 5. Overall, good value.

It may have been that this room was one of their "pet friendly" rooms, but it was one of the most funky rooms I have ever stayed in. The room had a funky smell, and looked a little run down and seedy. My husband and I had to sleep close to the center of the funky mattress because sleeping on the sides caused us to roll off (that was weird!). The bathroom […] was old with a shower stall (no tub). Our view outside the front door was a shabby looking parking lot and an abandoned lot across the way. We were going to stay for their continental breakfast, but got such a horrible nights sleep that we got up and left 2 hours before our planned departure. On the plus side, the air conditioner worked pretty good for how ancient it was. If you can afford it, pay a little more to stay at another hotel in Grants Pass if you're passing through. Read more

It was peaceful and quiet. However, I recommend that renovations need be done on the exterior and interior of the hotel. Needed to have an Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness of the hotel rooms.

We spent 3 nights. We would have left after the 1st night if we could have, but the room was pre-paid and not refundable. The room was very outdated. The bed was hard as a rock. The bedspread was old and tattered. The heater/air conditioner unit was ancient; it was so loud we couldn't hear the television. The shower had mold in it. The room had a fridge, microwave, and safe which I didn't expect as it wasn't listed as a feature. The other thing that wasn't advertised was the free wireless that was EASY to hook up to. Nice hot showers that didn't run out before I was done. Very friendly and accomodating front desk staff. Oh and did I mention the beds were very comfortable!
