Motel in general had an odor. Treadmill did not work, Refridgerator in the room was large but did not work properly. There were not enough plugs in the room to plug things into wall. We have stayed here multiple times. It's not fancy, but its a clean bed in a great location. The price was right and location even better. The pool is warm, but there is no hot tub.

Hotel staff was great stayed 4 nights and was close by to everything. Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cliff Dwellings and Seven Falls is within minutes of the Hotel. The hotel needs updating but if you need some place to put your head down for the night it was a great hotel.

the hotel was definitely worth the money, and the beds were comfortable and " quiet". but the drapes on the window wouldn't shut all the way, so it was kinda hard to stay asleep. however I would stay here again

Our room was large and comfortable. But it was next to the door leading to the pool and also next to the maintenance room. There was a continual stream of doors slamming and banging. What should have been a restful night before the next phase of our trip, turned out to be a night of tossing and turning. Fix that and it is a perfect place.

customer service is great. Air Conditioner didn't work and refrigerator didn't work. The bedding and beds were awesome, the room was very clean. Really enjoyed the stay there. I will definitely book there again.

The hotel was decent for the price. And they allowed pets which was a plus. But the continental breakfast was definitely not anything to write home about. Make sure you like waffles.

This motel was great for < $50. Small pool that was clean, although it seemed overly chorinated. Very friendly, enthusiastic service desk with prompt responses. Basic breakfast was included (waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, bananas) -- nothing fancy. Just of Highway 24 so close to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, etc. The room was a little bit […] stuffy at night so a little trouble sleeping -- but resolved with fan (too close to Hwy 24 to open window). Room smelled overpoweringly like wet dog. Very noisy--could hear other rooms and outside parking lot all through the night. Lots of unsupervised kids at the pool despite signs prohibiting it. Someone had been smoking and lighting in-scents so we had to keep the window open! I have allergies so I should have asked for a different room. But the the workers were nice and our beds were comfortable...and they have mini fridges in the room which was nice!

The hotel is old and the hallways still have that smell. The carpet is getting worn. The room was clean and it is obvious they are working to keep it up. The walls are a bit thin and only lukewarm water ever came out of the shower. Over all the motel was clean and comfortable. The room has been renovated recently it looks like. The bed was good. The walls unfortunately were paper thin and we listened to the neighbors television all night. If not for that, at that rate, the motel was fine.

I think this was perfect for us. We were gone most of the day with a good place to sleep and a really convenient breakfast. And the waffle thing (2 waffle irons!) is a REAL CLINCHER for us. Couldn't wait for breakfast every day. All the staff I interacted with was fantastic and seemed to appreciate us being there.

The staff was great, rooms are clean. A couple of things that would have made the stay more comfortable- The room was a little to warm, and the water temp. for the shower was difficult to adjust, to keep it just right, young children could easily get it to hot. The staff was helpful and the ro was clean that's the main thing that matters the most.

I enjoyed my stat and the front desk was very helpful. The beds were actually really comfortable. While it may not look like a ritzy place it was very affordable and clean. I would stay here again. It's very close to Garden of the Gods and also just a mile or so off of I-25.

The hotel staff was great. The drain in our tub did not drain and there was stains on the curtains. Overall it was good for a overnight cheap stay, but the rooms did smell old and outdated.
