The Westin was perfect! Stayed in a suite with friends for a weekend away. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The location is perfect for walking and dining in the old port and totally accessible if you want to spend time downtown or further North. No complaints!

We only stayed the one night at Place d'Armes hotel, on our way back to Vancouver and then home, but we wished we had more time, and will return. The hotel staff were both welcoming and efficient (not a combination one often finds), and the hotel itself was immaculate in every respect. The room was flawless in its design, the bed was soft enough to be comfortable, but not so soft as to feel like one is clambering from a bean-bag, upon rising, (as I found in so many hotels in the States!) I particularly appreciated that the designers had eschewed a bath/shower combination in the large bathroom, and installed a large, stone-clad, walk-in shower with a beautiful glass shower screen, instead. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Old Town Montreal by foot, which was just what we wanted to do, since we only had the one night. When we checked out, we left our luggage with Place D'Armes, mentioned when we would return for our flight and, when we did, a taxi was already awaiting us. Immaculate service.

"The hotel Travelodge in Montreal"
The most annoying thing was that they claimed to have Internet, but in fact they didn't. Breakfast was good, the rooms clean except for the blankets and carpeting.

I needed a hotel close to the airport just for one night. My flight was departing at 6AM, so I needed to be at 4AM, so distance and shuttle were vital. First, it took almost an hour and a half, and 4 calls to the hotel for the shuttle to pick me. Upon arrival, front desk tried to please me with a larger room, and it was still very small, but it didn't […] matter because it was for one night only. "Motreal Travelodge"
Finding thsi hotel was very difficult. Traffic and construction in the Montreal airport area didn't make things any easier. The power was also out for th from 6 - 9:00PM

"Fine for a night by the airport"
Convenient location, shuttle to Dorval, free continental breakfast and a business centre make this very good for catching an early flight. However, we had ants in our room, and the second room. They were very good about moving us promptly, and the 3d room was fine. "Friendly Staff - Near Airport"
The only complaint I have is seeing all the vandalism in this part of town. A lot of builduings nearby have spray paint all over them. The hotel is in an older building with old furnature. I found the staff very friendly.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and the rates were reasonable. I didn't expect much but the hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was very comfortable, the front desk was very helpful, the breakfast was good and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
The staff was very friendly & helpful but the room I stayed in need some serious remodelling....the air condition was broke & it was hot at night time .I requested them to take a look twice & the maintainence did looked but couldn't fix it finally I asked for a fan. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are coming or going from the airport or train station. I had a flight arriving at night and a train leaving in the morning. I used the shuttle for coming and going and it was wonderful. I didn't have to wait long after calling and it left right on time from the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I was unsatisfied with the room offered and requested a different room for the 2nd and final nite, this was granted without any static and that room convinced me to return if necessary. The continental breakfast was quite satisfying and a great job was done to replenish items.,

I had to catch an early flight and the hotel was close to the airport. The complimentary breakfast, complimentary shuttle (which left the hotel on time, BTW), and free internet access were the selling point. Room was clean and satisfactory.

Relativement propre et un personnel assez bien endroit vieillot mais propre, par contre pour ce qui est de l internet il devrait plutot dire qu il ne l offre pas car la plupart du temps il ne fonctionne pas

Faite attention lorsque vous réservez l'hôtel avec le site Hotel.com, nous pensions que le stationnement était inclus lors de nos vacances dans le sud mais le responsable de l'hôtel nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible. on devait réserver directement avec l'hôtel pour avoir ce forfait. "Stationnement"
L'hotel est corect pour une nuit, près de l'aéroport et servicre de navete. attention par contre un problème de stationnement m'est arrivé et j'ai du payer un stationnement a l'éconoparc de l'aéroport, présentement j'ai fait la réclamation pour le remboursement avec Hotels.com et attend le verdic.....résultat dans mon prochain commentaire.

Pour une nuit entre deux vols, c'est parfait. Service de navette gratuite, chambre propre, petit déjeuner compris. Toutefois, demandez pour une chambre qui ne donne pas sur l'autoroute, car c'est bruyant...
