This would seem to be a busy place as the chairs and couches in the common areas are well worn, tables are grubby. Staff are cheerful but probably too few to clean up properly and completely. Room was comfortable and clean. Thermostat worked well as we were there in February. Definitely need a car at this hotel as there is nowhere to walk to in February; its on an area that is a light industrial estate but with no noise. It sits close to the main road into Guelph

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My expectations were a lot lower because the name had me thinking I was going to a quality inn but this place was definitely of a much higher standard. Ok... we loved this stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, and for once i had a good nights sleep in a hotel. very quiet for a very busy hotel. Not a high end hotel but not a dive either. We had a room with a King bed. The room was comfortable but not overly large. The included breakfast is excellent (scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles along with the usual offerings).
