In general it was accepted but the room small, no fridge!!! No complementary water, no one to take your bags and help you.

Hotel is at a comfortable walking distance to transit bus stop. 5. Hotel is within walking distance to shopping mall and grocery stores. 6. Air-conditioning system is noisy.

A very good hotel if your primary concern is proximity to Woodbine (horse racing and casino). Aside from that there are many nicer, cheaper hotels in and around the toronto airport that will meet your needs.

The restaurant connected to hotel did not have many of the items listed on the menu. The hotel is old and needs a face lift. The lobby was very dark and outdated. The outside grounds do not make the hotel very inviting, as there were no flowers and the benches needed painting, and overall was extremely tired looking. Would not stay there again.

I liked my room very much. I had a very nice dinner in the Swiss Restaurant attached to the hotel. i would have liked to have gone across the street to the Woodbine Casino but didn't have warm enough clothes to go outside.. I wish there had been a shuttle to take me there!

I waited for 2 hours in the cold and there were no courtesy phones to call them at the airport. We chose the Comfort Hotel Airport N due to its close proximity to the Toronto Person Airport. (8 KM) Our flight arrived late at night & we were out early the next morning so location was our primary determining factor. We needed a place to grab 5 hours sleep, a shower & be on our way. The hotel is in a good location for that purpose, however the furniture […] in our room was old & the hotel common area hallways need to be recarpeted, painted and spruced up. The bathroom in our room showed signs of disrepair and the caulking around the tub surround was disgusting. It looked like it had been attempted by a totally unskilled labourer. The most troubling part of our experience is the fact that the cost of the taxi ride for our 8 KM trip was almost as expensive as the hotel! The Taxi was dirty & the cab driver had terrible personal hygein. There is no choice other than to rent a car to get to the hotel which would have been cheaper considering the return trip to the airport, however we couldn't spare the extra time required to pick-up & return a rental car given our connections. During this same trip we had the totally opposite experience in Raliegh NC, whereby the hotel provided free transfers to & from the airport. I'm a native Torontonian who is very disappointed with the imagine visitors with similar experience to ours will have. It's a shame that such a great city has allowed airport taxi service to slip to a level whereby visitors feel cheeted and taken advantage of. Read more

The other hotel we used for our arrival a few weeks earlier was much better even though in the same price range. We took the complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel after our flight and the driver has not greeted us yet. He offered […] no assistance with any of the bags. We had to load them completely by ourselves. The front desk staff was pleasant enough and quickly amended our booking to a room with 2 beds. The hotel has a run down feel at the entrance and in the lobby, but the room was clean and pleasant enough. I couldn't believe that the shuttle was only available once every hour back to the airport. We originally booked for a specific time but had to miss that and couldn't get the shuttle again for another hour. We had to take a taxi so we wouldn't miss our flight. Good place to rest. Close to College, Woodbine, Airport and some restaurants. Free WiFi was convenient. However, 1 of 2 elevators was down the morning of checkout and we had to walk 7 flights of stairs. (I believe elevators maintenance workers were on strike at the time). Otherwise, stay was fine.
